I don't know whether this bug is related to diplomacy or also appears in "native"... but i started a new game as a female character (first time that i play a female char) and now i conquered my first town in order to get my own kingdome.

but i am unable to assign a "random noble" as a minister, i HAVE TO select one of my heros oO.
is this new to 1.126 and/or diplomacy?

i don't want to use one of my heros .
i also cant use "my wife" because i am a femal char being unable to marry another female NPC...

EDIT:

i am unable to start feasts, too because i cant marry a woman because of obvious reasons , is this normal as well?
that sucks oO.

I've never had this problem but you don't use all the companions where you can't sacrifice one can you? When i have my own kingdom I usually let Borcha be my minister since hes only a extra warrior to me. I only travel with about 5 companions to upgrade the skills that i don't have enough points for myself.

Also to start a feast as a woman you need to have a husband..having a husband gives you the options to start one.

no one wants to marry me .

they say that other women conquered their heart or that i am not what they expect from a woman.
do i have to be @100 reputation with them?

i try to convince 3 lords at the moment. all three are between 50 and 69 reputation and all 3 dont have a wife at the moment.
or are there other points that i missed?

and no i can not sacrifice one of my heroes . all are in arms, all are needed. ich love all of my heroes!

those who dont like another hero are vassals.
thanks of Diplomacy i am able to keep them as "personal guards" with ~80-100 men smal armies without having to give more than 1 fief to them (i get enough lord reputation through diplomacy politics options to keep them @20-30 repu) so i dont piss off other lords.

I don't think reputation is the problem..I'm thinking that its because you are in a different kingdom than the Lord your trying to marry but i'm not completely sure maybe someone else could shed some light on this.

marring as a female char is very random... only once i got lucky and the first guy i ask married me
but most of the times i ride across the land and ask everybody to be my husband. getting a specific lord to marry you is not possible. i think the most chances to marry is when your renown is high and you have more land than the lord you want to marry.
but that's just a theory and don't tested

Rolf accepted me quite easily...so if you don't mind marrying him, go for it.

I didn't know you could marry your companions. Which others are possible to marry for male or female?

I believe all male companions are eligible for marriage but from what I've heard you cannot marry any female ones.  However, you must make your companions a vassal of your kingdom first, this will give them the traditional "I would like to seal an alliance with your house" dialogue option.  Of course, when they're vassals they'll act like random vassals do....Alayen will probably reject you as he's looking for a "flower" or non-warrior woman while Rolf digs the man-slaying woman.

You could always recruit a new companion who has no skills, but put him as the minister.
