In Progress Player Non-Kingdom with holdings don't get declared war by NPC's

Issue:
I just wanted to let the devs know that a Non-Kingdom (like a Duchy) with holdings NEVER gets targeted for war by NPC Kingdoms. At least I haven't. I got 6 cities and 1 castle at the moment. Already rank 4 clan, but created no Kingdom yet.

Exploit:
As long as you can handle an army or siege on your own, you could take over cities and castles from 1 faction, without having to worry about other factions jumping on your weak "Empire". The NPC Kingdoms won't target you for war AND when you took enough from your current target faction and want to make peace (after some nice conquests) it's WAY cheaper to make peace.

So it's kind of an exploit to grow large in lands (all controlled by yourself) with minimal risks. And yes, I know it comes with drawback from not having the Kingdom bonusses from laws, no vassals, etc.

I stumbled upon this by accident, as I started conquest from clan rank 2. It made for a pretty smooth and relax gameplay, just being able to take my time, recruit my towns/cities full and move on to the next target or take a break from conquest and do all the town and village quests from my holdings without being interrupted by declarations of war. So instead of the war declarations and armies, raids and stuff I have to react to and thus decided what I do in-game, I could decide myself what to do. So it's not all bad. (I bet there are players out there who would love such a gameplay).
