Player Made Castles

So I just made my first castle(Right next to my village Tadamesh, so I named it Tadamesh Castle) and I can't find an option anywhere to build anything. My castle is filled with Lords from Zendar that wont leave(Zendar as a faction was annihilated) so maybe the NPC that allowed me to do it wont spawn in there because theres too many people? Or is it just not possible to upgrade your castle?

There is no option to upgrade castles. But this indeed is a serious excellent idea! You can be sure I will add that.

can ai lords  besiege player made castles? since  in alot of other mods ,ai never seems to notice theres a castle

Mine was sieged a couple times. They didn't manage to take it from me though

The enemy can siege your castle and you can lose it.

My castle was sieged, but there were millions of them, so I slipped away with the best of my garrison and took one of their Towns. Surprisingly, they seemed happy with my castle, and left me alone, and now I am settled in they have no chance to get it back, loads of money starting to come in
