In Progress Player Kingdom can't propose to give own settlement due to not being able to annex a ruling clans settlement

Summary: Hopefully its just a bug, but if not it would be nice to be able to propose to give away your own settlements as the ruler of a kingdom. I understand this feature is working as intended for AI factions and being a vassal to one, but this shouldn't apply to the player kingdom. This alone could help with recruiting vassals and keeping them by giving over a fief without taking it away from another of your vassals or being in a war and forcefully taking one.
How to Reproduce: As player king go to kingdom and fiefs tab and try to propose to give away one of your own fiefs, you should get the notification in the image about not being able to annex a ruling clans settlement
