I'm curious why the player clan members can't make their own armies like other clans do, I know other clan leaders and some of the members can but the players clan can't only the player themselves? Just curious why it has not been implemented?

+1

I think that this is because they do not want other parties in your clan to use your influence.

To be honest, I think that there should be an option to allow this. Maybe a mod will someday fix this, but I think that this should be a toggable option for the main game.

I made over 300 influence per day, thanks to a lot of towns and the "Immortal Charm" Perk.

So by this amount of daily influence income, clan members should create their own armies.
And the ruling clan members should never join the army of a vassal, because they have a higher rank, then the vassal.

I can see them making a option to allow them to make armies a option, like how they have the Defensive,Offence, make a option or toggle button to allow to create armies. Influence may be a problem but most players own kingdoms at some point and influence doesnt become a problem after policies, perks. Just thought it be cool to see

I think the reason is that AI clans replace their field parties when the clan leader is defeated and this ability lets them keep making armies even if the leader is imprisoned for a long time. I could be wrong, butt I don't think the same clan will lead multiple armies at once. As for why the player clan can't do this, well it doesn't seem that the player is help prisoner very long and there's no mechanic to let the player party be dormant and replace it with a clan member party like the AI does.

This is the right answer and can confirm. if you get taken prisoner and one of your clan members is still running a party they can actually call an army. it's a game mechanic for both your clan and the Ai. you can't notice it since either you load back when your fail a battle or simply never lose late in the game

For late game that's true, but for early game, especially after just joining as a vassal or starting a new kingdom, influence is often in short supply.

Mod can't and should not fix everything, and I really do not understand why some of the simple things need to be mods when it should be in the vanilla game? Like you need to run around to find and hire mercenaries, this should all be a click option on your main kingdom management screen. Also the clan member in a kingdom is not defending the cities and castles they receive? they got plenty of influence to raise an army so why are they not defending it? We need more options in controlling armies, where to attack etc.

Yes I agree. The base game should have a certain level of polish.

The game is still in early access, but I am hoping that we will see a game that is in a better state for release.
