Plans for GOG beta and mod tools access?

If I understand correctly, people that payed a bit more (currenlty it is 10% off on steam, but not on GOG) for the game to get the DRM free version on GOG do not have access to the beta releases or mod tools?

Are there plans to change that?

Or can people that bought in on GOG get a key for steam as well?

@PyroDevil accessing the modding tools on GOG is currently not possible but it's planned to make them available both on GOG and Epic. The Beta builds are and will be available on Steam only.
