.plan updates, to-do list.

I would like to see Armagan doing .plan updates ala old school id software, with comments and news on development of the upcoming version, also a to-do list with features being implemented currently and future features(as well as upcoming bug-fixes).

I know it takes time but it is very informative for the community.
