My wife would not get pregnant no matter what I did. I would spend weeks in towns to hopefully spur the baby making on, to no avail. Eventually I decided she was no good and I hatched a plot to have her killed. During every battle she was to assault the enemy force on her own, stark naked. The first time she was placed in a group on her own, my army was wary, understandably seeing their captains wife roaring into battle alone, in her undergarments. I assume they didn't like that because after the first time I was not able to have her be in her own company. No matter what 2 or 3 soldiers who apparently thought my debauchery knew no bounds would always deploy with her to be annihilated but she would always survive somehow. After a few weeks of this my wife had 2 babies in rappid succession, both sons. The first was conceived on a starry night in Lageta after a raid on a bandit camp. The second, while recruiting troops in a village close to Senala. The threat of painful naked death might be the just the push your wife needs to become useful again!

Oh i remember those. I half expected it to happen again. It did, when i activated a "cheating" feature from one mod, family control or something. Left my wife at Marunath and was down by Pravend killing looters "wife learned she is with child", waited till the kid was born, it was... it had a different... skin and hair. Pedia said it was the daughter of my wife and a certain Jawwal. It got me angry.

Got a merc contract, made her lead a party until she dieded of it. (AI values life mod)

One of the brothers had his first in seconds of them meeting. Now i have left them forever in a castle and nothing. The other brother keeps getting kids all the time. They just need to meet in a settlement and a baby is there.

Its a probability thing. Nothing other than a mathematical calculation that occurs each day at the same time when the two are in the same settlement. The probability lowers each time they have a child, and as they age.

And there's just bad luck. If you're worried about losing game time, save and reload. Sooner or later you'll roll the right dice.

I don´t like leaving things for chance. It would be better with a system. Meet the lady in a keep and one have the option to play a game. if one win or maybe loose one should score. Maybe best when one loose.

Real pregnancy is a roll of the dice too. IRL the chance of pregnancy with two healthy people in their prime, timing things perfectly, for any given month, is somewhere between 15 and 25%. And the rate goes down as we age, when we are tired, or fatigued, or when our timing is off, or if we're unwell. And that's not to take into account the chance of miscarriage... about a quarter of pregnancies fail to last a month - and most of those are unnoticed...

In all the game doesn't do a half bad chance considering it is an equation.

That's bad design. The mod should state the child belongs to your hero. Legality and biology are two different things, not to mention why would a woman acknowledge cheating?

Its a mod. And this is no CK2. BL is limited to real biological parents, so theres no way to do that, also theres no native way to have pregnancy outdlside o marriage, just like indonesia!
