Pixel streams aoe2

I used to do this fairly often with a few games, and have had the urge to stream when I get the chance.

What
I will most likely exclusively stream multiplayer matches of Age of Empires II, effectively documenting my play as I try to get good at this game again.
Once a blue moon I might stream AoE3 or some other RTS game just because.

Most often I play 1v1 Arabia mirror matches against players of roughly equal or greater ELO. Sometimes I do Green Arabia (more trees) or RLM (random land map) instead. Less often, I do team games, usually on Black Forest, Mongolia (which is my favorite map), or coastal/continental/RLM.
I don't usually play water maps but I am interested in them, other people just don't seem to play them as much so I don't often get the opportunity.

Why
I used to be in a semi-competitive scene in deathmatch mode back in 2009-2010 on GameRanger, I was in a clan and participated in clan wars and things like that. I wasn't considered a top-tier player by any means but I was up against some very competent people. More recently I've sought to play enough to recover some of my old skills, but this time in the way the game is -supposed- to be played - in Random Map mode.

When
I'm more likely to stream during the work week as I get home usually before noon PST and am normally alone. I originally wanted to play and stream every day but that didn't last long, obviously.

I'll play between one and five matches, each of which can last anywhere between 20 minutes to two hours long.

Not fajitas because fajitas are for poor people. Also, noted thread.

Most likely.

I feel like streaming, for whatever reason, makes my play more sloppy and I tend to overlook things and make more mistakes, but I think I just have to keep at it and I'll get used to it eventually. I'm only playing with people at or slightly above my skill level (going by the ELO) and I consistently have done less well while streaming than without. Hopefully that fades with time

If it helps, just be silent for a while and get used to it, or make really sporadic comments. I mean, I really like the commentary and it helps me improve as explaining things is cool, but if that harms you, take it easy for a while.

Damn I should've streamed the last match I played. Got attacked but held out long enough for my ally to smash through the enemy's teammate and protect our trade route, so I boomed while the enemy lost momentum against me and was able to push him out and they resigned.

Was basically the Soviet Union in ww2 there.

Hey Pixie, can you upload the videos once you're through? I can't catch you on time, and Age of Empires is an all-time favourite, I'd really love to see you playing.

If that's even possible, I mean. I don't use twitch, don't know a thing about it, so it may very well be not doable.
Thanks!

So I might stream sometime in the next couple hours, since I'm home all day. I've been playing a bit, so far 3 matches, one of them I managed to win. When the stream starts it will probably be a 2v2 black forest.

EDIT: By the way Antonis, I think I figured it out.
