Pixel shaders

The pixel shading thing was working fine some months back. Then I installed the new Catalyst for my R9200, and they stopped working. It doesn't bother me too much, but I'd still like to use that shading. What could I do? Where's the problem? :???:

Sorry forgot to mention:
The shader were on, but then everything that would've been affected by the option, were flashing. When it's off, everything is "normal".

Try changing the following line:

no_dot3_bumpmap = 0

to

no_dot3_bumpmap = 1

in the config file. Probably worth checking the other graphic options in there too and make sure they're set correctly.

Yes yes, I know that. I'm saying that it doesn't work. It worked before I installed the new catalyst some moths ago, but after that I have kept bumpmapping off.

You could check the card properties, and see if the driver has reset or altered the configuration there. Not too sure about the ATi interface, but usually it needs to let the application configure it.

Other than that you could go back to the older driver, unless there is a specific reason you need the driver you currently have?

Same problem, when I updated my catalyst thingy. Is it easy to "un-update" that graphic card?

Ati have a driver uninstall program you can get of their site IIRC. Once you uninstall the driver, just re-install the old driver and it should be fine.

Little confused as to why its happening at all tbh though. Might be worth re-installing Direct X to see if the driver update has screwed that up somehow.

I just re-installed Direct X... Didn't work.
Im gonna get that older catalyst now.

EDIT:

Oh, and I have ATI Radeon 9200 too, so there is something fishy with that.
