I don't really care about your résumé actually. You posted a complaint about my administration work. I've answered about that guy. This man was the most disrespectful guy of the day, and we let him play without even pissing him off. Since you bring his speech, take the answer that comes with it. Ain't this part of your "community rep" job too ? Alright.
But don't worry, I'm sure the admin team who "knows nothing about the server" will consider your complaint.

I'm not the one who slayed him. Ask for the logs. I didn't slay anybody, I didn't kick anybody (except two chat spammers after warning them.). I didn't ban anybody.

This guy confuses me with another admin.

It was Bambi I think, who was perfectly right in his slays (slaying delayers), in his kicks (kicking spammers with me) and in his temp bans (he temp banned a guy for racism, and other kind of stupid names from what I know.)

The only thing I've done at this time, was supporting Bambi who was doing his job great, and who was the one harrassed by players as MacLeod and his friends, who always come as a group, and always bring trouble with them.

Don't call our community reps "useless". If you don't know who they are or what they do, that's your fault. He was just relaying what some people told him on the server. Its not his job to decide whether its credible or not. If it isn't, why are you so wound up about it? Answer it and move on. I think we have been able to do that so lets have everyone go their own way.

Good job bringing up issues some players may have had. And thanks Moustache for answering them.

Hello, I was banned permanently by Bambi for one statement either misinterpreted as disrespect or disagreement. Hoping for an unban and a reason for the ban given in the first place out of Bambi, thanks, Colt.

I am making this post to outline an incident that happened today (11-3-2013) regarding one of your admins, Bambi.

First off, I just want to make notice that I find it really interesting that he is on the "Can not hand out bans" list on the first post... As he handed out several.

Anyways, into the topic at hand. We were playing on your server tonight. Our friend was on the other team as a colour bearer, so we were frequently capturing him. This annoyed Bambi, although no one else on the server was too upset about it or at least they didn't make any clear mention of it. Anyways, after a little bit Bambi, started to slay Andronom (the person we were capturing) and then said "If we did that again we would be banned" or something to that extent. Then he started listing off why we couldn't do it and we accepted that we couldn't do it and stopped. He kept going and it made my friend Coltismad, a little well mad... He got a little bit annoyed and made an idiotic comment after Bambi had reiteratered once again that we weren't allowed to capture cause if Penn was here he wouldn't let us... Now let me say what Coltismad said was a stupid comment, it was idiotic ,but it didn't deserve a ban. The comment was something to the tune of "Are you just Penn's ***** then?" and then Bambi installed permabanned him from the server.

I don't know how you run servers, but at least on servers I run it is required to have a thick skin, maturity, and some tact. He lacked all three of these in the coming events. We obviously objected to the permabanning and tried to reason with Penn. One of my first comments was relating to him and admitting the comment was idiotic ,but not worth a permaban and asking for his unban. Bambi would not listen. He continued to display a childish attitude. At some point a third party spoke up in agreement with us... Bambi instantly banned him after he post this. Now this wasn't like a "LOL BAMBI SUX" post that agreed with us, but a very very well thought out and mature post stating that one shouldn't just instantly ban someone for making one off comment. Of course instantly banned, because he disagreed with Bambi.

After that he said something to the affect of "You can't prove I did anything!" which proves to me that he knew he was in the wrong. This is when I started taking screenshots. I will post the screenshots if needed. However, after this the same thing continued... Meanwhile an actual troll and deviant to the server spammed slander, yet Bambi did nothing to quell this, because it was not against him, but directed towards others. It seemed he only cared what happened when someone offended him. This is not how an admin should act. It did not represent your server well.

I should also mention he banned Andronom as well, I forgot to put that as well.

I wasn't there so I can't speak for much, but every time I'm on with Bambi I never see him get out of hand.

However, Bambi and I are both senior admins and have the privilege to ban, but only when needed and with responsibility. The OP is a little outdated in that regard, which can probably be attributed to the fact that there are a few places where this list is made (steam group, here, FSE forums) that I can think of.

Hopefully a head admin will have a look through the logs and screenshots so they can make the right decision regarding these events.

That list is outdated. He is now a senior admin and is capable of issuing bans. All of the bans Bambi gives should be temporary bans. So none of these players will be affected for more than an hour.

However, I do support Bambi's decision to deal with your friend and you as you guys were clearly delaying. You trying to mask what you were doing as just getting "a little bit annoyed and [making] an idiotic comment" when clearly you were delaying gameplay. Now, the third party that spoke up in your defense should not have been banned. I would like to see the screenshots. It surprises me that you make such a big claim but don't put up the screenshots.

I highly doubt he said that, especially seeing as how you yourself said that its only "to the effect of", meaning its a pretty rough approximation of what was actually said.

So get those screenshots up.
