Why do you want to be an admin for the servers?
I really enjoy playing at PB1, it's a server with a unique concept that no other server has at the moment (to my knowledge). There have been times where people have tried to ruin the gameplay experience by trolling, glitching or what have you.

I feel that I could contribute with a lot since I'm very active at the moment. I've got a lot of free hours at my disposal since I've recently graduated and I'm awaiting a response from my future employer. I have been playing on this server for a couple of months and I have thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it.

I don't know if this is a contributing factor, but I'm also multilingual - which enables me to address a larger group of people on the server. Whether it's about enforcing the "English only" rule or something else. I also have 762 hours of M&B: Warband gameplay registered to my account, 51 hours of it distributed to the last 14 days, which is an average of approximately 3.6 hours a day.

Community feedback and complaints:

Most of the community have positive feelings for the server, they thoroughly enjoy it and regularly go on it as it is unique and has a variety of maps, there has only been 1 complaint and only 1 thing people want changing:

Earlier I went on the server as part of a steam roulette YouTube video when I saw people complaining about the map and how it was not "naval enough", so I told people that if they had any complaints or criticisms about the server, or if there was anything they needed changing then they should tell me, as community representative, and I would bring it up here as I am doing now. One player added me on steam (whilst they said they did not mind being named, I choose to make them anonymous however if anyone disbelieves that it is true then I shall get them on here to back me up) and complained about the admin, saying they were abusing, the admin on the server was [23te]Gem_JohnnyMoustache:

After returning from the steam overlay to the game I did indeed see him abusing, he was consistently typing in the admin chat and, whilst trying to do his job, he was doing it wrong and drawing two sides. As a neutral player (neither admin nor community directly) I tried to calm things down by repeating my message about how I would deal with any complaints they had involving the community (as is my job) and bring it here (as I have). Then the admins took out the middleman by insulting me and claiming I had no rights, most things said on this matter can only be viewed on the logs as this is the only screenshot I managed to get:

This I find disrespectful, as I am not trying to admin the server or take over their roles in any way, shape, or form.

In conclusion, there is no action that needs taking for the maps or anything like that, only a few changes to the admins are needed as it is for the people and the people are not happy. I would recommend either disciplining your admins or getting rid of them.

Please remember I am only doing my job (just like you) and supplying helpful feedback for you to work upon, thank you for your time.

I don't know what you did, but I have seen lots of people on the server complaining about you and a person directly adding me on steam over the matter, they may have been trolls in which case I apologize but like stated, it's my job to make sure this happens.

I'm part of the community too, I'm on pirate battle every day, I can recognize a troll when I see one, especially when I watch him being mean to everybody for hours. You just come here for 5 minutes, ask for complaints against the admins, and post what the first troll coming told you. You're doing your job very well.

I'm very glad the trolls are not happy with me. You might consider them as part of "the community". I just consider them as trolls, making the game boring for everybody, and I don't think they should be represented by anybody.
By the way, on my side, I didn't see anybody complaining about me, except the 2 guys that weren't far from being banned.

How was I meant to know he was trolling? I didn't ask for complaints about the admins I actually asked what people wanted done about the maps and the response I got was complaints about you, who was being informal and causing people to get annoyed. I am doing my job well yes, as meant to, unlike what I have seen from you and as stated soooo many times before this is general community feedback about the server and I have to list all my complaints including the ones about you.

I said it once when I was asking about the map, then I spoke the the guy on steam, came back and about 3 people were arguing with you and repeated it but in much more detail about a different thing. And yes it is my job, not yours so stop trying to act like your the one who was meant to be representing the community and sending this to whiteeagle or penn. Please get this into your head.

Lol, ask whiteeagle, he personally asked me to be the community rep before you were admin. And how am I meant to know if it is fake or not? I am the middleman and it is not a complaint it is feedback, and whether he was a troll or not, you clearly caused an upstart and this is something I have to report.

I am the representative who brings their voice to the server owners, not the admin team who clearly know nothing about the server. They contact me instead of you because it is not your job it is mine (get it into your head). People do need it, it is my job (get it into your head) and I am not interfering as it is my job (get it into your head) whilst yours is to stop people trolling in game and breaking the rules.

Stop posting you are not part of the server owner team so this is not for you and you seem to be embarrassing yourself with these ridiculous sentences and the fact that you can't get into your head who I am, what I represent and what my job is.
