Ping Problems?

Hello There Forum Mates,

I camed back playing Pw after a time and played all day long until in the evening (7:30 Gmt +2).
My ping jumped from 100-110 to 200 and i could not play from that ping. 
its the third day its happening in the same hour of day and its really annoying  .
i tried:
1) Low Graphics.
2) Close Some Programs in The Task Manager.
3) Check for Any New Drivers.
4) Firewall Settings.

Im in a home network and the only PC in house, im not downloading anything and didnt started nothing in the time i played until the ping spike camed.
if someone can help me it will be much appreciated.  thanks for help

I live in Israel (Middle East) and the normal ping for me there is about 100, and it was EU_a_Rolelay, thanks for further help.

There could have been some problems with the infrastructure between Europe and Israel, that happens often between the US and Europe and increases pings by quite a bit.

But the problem is much more likely to be at fault of some program running on your computer, downloading updates or something that takes up some of the bandwidth.

Sorry but i checked not one time and not two and even not three the hour the ping goes up nothing changes on my PC and i say you for sure.

good advise now stop trolling unless you have anything useful to say

i have noticed ping increases occationaly as well but nothing major. perhaps its a peak time in Israel?

Well,i dont really know if its of israel my friends from israel dont have this problem and its weird.
but in other servers (No PW and i dont think EU) its good ping (100  ).
i never had this problem before its started week ago.

that sounds like what i have experiencing at the moment. my ping usualy just jumps from around 80 on eu servers to about 150-250
