Ping Problem in Servers

Hi, my friend requested me to help find a solution to his ping problem. He's been having high pings in every server he gets. He's in Turkey and even in Turkish servers his ping is around 100-200 (that may even go higher) and it's only like this in Warband. His ping's just fine in Call of Duty 2 servers for instance. By the way he was playing fine until 2 weeks ago. Does someone have any clue on what to do?

No firewalls set up or background downloads?

I wish I knew. All I could think to do is reset the router and try again.

As I said he was playing fine with no problems in Turkish servers. No firewalls or background downloads. This is a really weird thing and still got solution on it.

Maybe your internet connection is not so good, maybe you should reconsider buying a better one, that one might help
