Pike brace does not rear horses, does too little damage.

I've been testing pike bracing and honestly I'm surprised this feature even got past testing stage. It has been implemented terribly. Not only it does not kill a horse charging me full speed, it doesn't even rear the horse. Think about it, even a normal spear hit can rear a horse but a big ass pike impaling a horse at full speed does not. This needs to be fixed.
