I mentioned this once after one of the events, but you could consider an adaptation to the picking process where a captain can't choose members from the same clan with consecutive picks (ex.  Captain A picks LoL_Budday, Captain B picks Joe Schmoe, Captain A picks LoL_FoReel - this can't happen).  The idea being to try to spread out the clans to balance out some of the cohesion that they have with one another.

Another little thing to consider would be to revisit the Player of the Week statement as a listing so that we can see who has been awarded it already.

The first I would say isn't a huge issue at the moment. The community is pretty small, and most of us know each other and talk on steam/voice chat fairly often. We also tend to scrim with our clans a lot already. Pickup party is still relatively new, and we're enjoying playing on organized (sort of) teams with people we usually compete against.

The second, I don't think anyone has lasted two weeks on the leaderboard yet. I wouldn't be surprised if I was knocked off tonight considering how many people were playing.

Seriously, let's ban the maps in POM rotation from the pickup partays! BIT has enough maps that removing the 5 maps in POM rotation (Nord Town, Village, Ruins, Snowy Village and Field by the River, if I'm not mistaken) wouldn't make much of a difference. Or at least try it for the next few pickups.
