That fact that we easily reach 100 degrees Fahrenheit on the summer here won't help. Since it's winter.
 
I wish I coulda gotten a picture of the highway during evening rush hour here a couple weeks ago. Hottest part of the day, over 110 F, and even hotter when around a bunch of overheating traffic jammed cars. Intolerable. It was actually cooler to keep my bike jacket on.
