Patch v18.3  (savegame compatible to v16/17/18/18v2)

1)  no change to combat (putting back Rigale extensions would break savegame)
2)  Items - tunics all got a little (10-15%) lighter, except for some too light already.  This to better align with the soon to come encumbrance system.
In general leather items weigh less, followed by chain, followed by banded, followed by p-late that is really mail over a breastplate, and last is plate like late period which only gets lighter when using steel or alloys, which exist mostly for elves and dwarves.  Dwarf and women's items are slightly less weight due to smaller body mass as well; I suppose giant items should thus weigh more... and they'd have higher strength to accommodate it.

  3) #2 was made more urgent because two troops "Perisno maiden ranger" and "perisno maiden champion" caused crash when in battle or especially once in your troops.  Even trying to move them or drop them crashed the game to desktop.  This is from the "Perisno Armour female" (itm_perisno_armour_f_1) mesh which seems to be missing.  I had wanted to review the weights of all player made armors anyway...  These two troops were given something else and the offending armor was given the mesh of the armor above it for now.

  4) Gardening spots (permanent) no longer need tools "equipped" in top left slot to harvest.
I suppose I should check "temporary gardening spots" to see if they have this old style check as well.

  5) Rhodok wisemen are Elvarie Wisemen, etc.
Did check to verify normal wisemen are spawning in the kingdoms 7 and higher (Valahir, Kaikoth, Falcon, and Zann).

  6) Economy knowledge names mapped to Elvarie instead of Rhodok, etc.

  7) Books "extra text" copied from Perisno .75 source, I want to check if it shows reading progress or not.

Phosphor v20 r3
yet another "technical preview" with nerdy features you didn't ask for because I happened to feel they were needed
  main changes:

DESIGNED for Warband v1.161-1.67  !!!  There are calls now (for item weight) that expect later than warband 1.158!

Items moved around in order to infer more about each armor or weapon by location in the list of items
preview of why that's useful to me hidden in the cheat menu options.  For now it just looks at what you are wearing.
try juggling equipment a lot so far as what you wear and see how it gives feedback on what category it thinks those items are.

some resources and items from Perisno 8 are ninja'd into the list
some models are cleaned up / adjusted from Perisno .8

troop tree viewer from Silverstag is added and functional.  Don't forget to SCROLL DOWN to see more!
normal tree viewer is also available, although at the moment it exits the tree viewer presentation if you click to inspect
an individual troop.  The cross-linked "Perisno tree" paths are removed.  You can still inspect Perisno troops from Silverstag tree viewer, which is hidden in a report sub-menu called "reference".  Some added info is included in the presentation
for inspecting each troop, and "most" of it is accurate

Also all items are viewable without entering cheat menu thanks to a Silverstag presentation also in reference menu.
the purpose of this revision "r3" is mainly to inspect and test items after moving them around.  It's actually a preview
designed for other devs, and not strictly for players.  I just felt the v18/v19 needed updating and this may be more stable .

One new feature is a changed in-combat sprinting, from Silverstag v26.  Unlike Perisno v75, you can no longer sprint
forever, but there is not a visible stamina bar.  Yet...

There should be some subtle effects for AI sprinting at the last minute to do extra damage when charging,
and damage when falling off killed mounts for horsemen,
and (old) formations but with the 250 mS redefine of F1 key that I felt was messing with old formations
and Rigale combat extensions but without experience penalties EXCEPT in combat self heal, which is pretty OP
there is a area effect in combat heal of others around you for example
                    taunts, etc

Landowners get less money than before, if I remembered to touch it.

and all the bugs and quirks otherwise from v18 r4 and v19 r2 have NOT been addressed or touched... except:

did remove a dress from the Zann archers
did reduce armor on horses without armor
did lighten some armors according to their class
have NOT gone over all the armors and weapons to give them new stats, other than moving their rows to categorize them
items are sorted within class by the names the game and mesh assignments use to speed up merging Perisno .8 && culling later, not by the text name players see, so it may sometimes seem like they are out of sequence.

The map is Perisno .8 but without the added cities, castles, and villages.  There isn't much difference at first glance...
Don't forget to look for  "readme" files scattered among the text files the game uses at the Phosphor v20  folder

Don't forget  7z  puts everything one folder deeper than it should.  Your last act has to be going to the warband/modules  folder, looking for the "Phosphor v20" you think got extracted, open it, and cut the "Phosphor v20" folder with all the text files, resource, textures, music, etc so that those are 1 deep just like any other module in Warband:
      on my PC    c:/Program Files (x86)/Mount&Blade Warband/Modules/Phosphor v20
^^^ if you look at this folder
there should NOT be a folder  Phosphor v20 under it
What else to say?  Here's some links:

Phosphor v20 r4 is released.

Changelog is at "dev log - what's cooking today", and will be written formally sometime next week.

  Full v20 r4

  Patch from v20 r3 -> v20 r4 only
  https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4sh7GRykLgENVFXY3R4Z2c3Z28/view?usp=sharing

1. This version absolutely must have Warband v1.161 - 1.168 (or higher) to work.
Encumbrance makes calls that don't exist
in v1.158

further support materials, change logs, user manuals, etc will be placed at
  https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B4sh7GRykLgEfjh1ZThmMHBkQzdvOU1WTjFXZXJZenhRV1F6QUU2VU9IcjVWcWRnV3JCTjQ&usp=sharing

Phosphor v20 r5 "tester" is released:

absolutely will not run on Warband v1.158 and lower; requires latest or near latest Warband version due to v1.161 calls in the encumbrance system
I'm not fully happy with it, but it is an improvement over 20v r4 primarily for:

working game messages / combat messages display
corrected & updated credits and help
several minor bug fixes and tweaks listed in dev log on this forum

KAOS Political Kit 1.5 merge: (with some pluses and minuses)
        working features:
start as King/Queen of one of the primary 6 factions:
gain the capital city as yours, and its garrison.
kingdom ladies have a neutral opinion of you, but attempts as suitor will be better than usual
a few won't speak to you at all and will not be able to be courted
you have no standing army other than what you take from the garrison
you have a crushing weekly debt when you wake up and enough savings to last 3 weeks or so.
              NO other Inheritance!  (skips "inheritance").
You begin at peace with every faction, which is good because the first week you won't be ready to do much at all.  This won't last forever...

          start as Prince / Princess:
get a castle in the faction you join, and its garrison.
              normal inheritance
garrison of castle only as army, and wages will be crushing debt.
You do get a small cash cushion of about 2 weeks wages while you try to figure out what to do.
kingdom ladies of your kingdom think very highly of you
Your liege is fond of you  (relationship mid 50s)
your faction is at war as usual at start

          start as Vassal:
you get a fief but so far its only a former Tolranian land, which is a next week issue to fix
              (your) kingdom ladies like you
your liege likes you (relationship 40s)
you have a small bonus to cash to cover expenses for your village, but the village is a magnet for anyone at war with your faction

    Specific issues:
KAOS kit auto-rebellion is disabled and if enabled will bomb npc_decision_checklist_faction_ai_alt, npc_decision_checklist_peace_or_war
KAOS kit kingdom restore is disabled
Silverstag combat enhancements (Stamina, Encumbrance extra effects, Damage from falling off dead mounts) disabled at start

patch to upgrade from v20 r3  or v20r4:  (updated to display credits correctly)
  https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4sh7GRykLgEYXRfWFpEUUdHQnc/view?usp=sharing

not save game compatible with anything before it.
v20 r5 (not tester)  MIGHT be savegame compatible with this, depending on what is needed to fix the "specific issues"
mostly this is put here because without message display v20 r4 is gimped needlessly.

Phosphor v20 r5    (not "tester") is released
  small incremental changes.  See  http://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php?topic=332197.msg8010895#msg8010895
for list of changes.  Main changes are fixed vassals, title for King/Queen selection, toggle back on Silverstag 26.4 combat enhancements.
Stamina bar for sprinting does not come on, I'll get to that next week.

  ======
Sorry, but more testing shows a weakness inherited from Kaos kit changes regarding rebel factions after you have been king/queen long enough.
I should hold off on releasing r5 another 2-3 days to change the factions, which will break savegame anyway.  This weakness was not in v20 r5 "tester", but is new for this week's build.

This is why I need tests to go deeper; lucky for me I don't have to burn a week to get a kingdom going. Now I can start with a working kingdom and city after about 3 minutes into a fresh game... which helps, in the long run, testing mid to late game.

  =======
Phosphor v20 r6 full is uploading now, after which patch will upload.  Wait about 20 minutes and you'll see a notice...

Main changes from v20 r5 "tester"

REQUIRES: Mount &Blade Warband version > 1.158
    tested on 1.168

Kaos kit removed EXCEPT for 3 options to start as king/Queen, Prince/Princess, Vassal
removing the other Kaos kit code greatly improved stability
some cleanup of older cosmetic issues, see dev log for full list.

This version shows no bugs I can see except the occasional "stuck in town"
the work-around is to go to tavern, press ESC to save game and exit, then load saved game and play resumes normally
with whatever time-wasting activity that was queued up now resuming normally.

I ran a Queen and a prince characters for 30 in game days without issue.
Stamina bar is not shown for sprinting, otherwise all functions working as intended.

  Phosphor v20 r7.2 hot patch:
  https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4sh7GRykLgEQ0JiTkcybHVJTUk/view?usp=sharing

this is a bug fix addressing all the reported bugs in Phosphor and Perisno .76 forums except the cattle following/cattle drive, which needs to go back a few months or more to find; I'll get that next time.

Also adds first layer of item based magic (some of which are treated as firearms to limit the ammunition supply, as a clue)
I'll expand that next week or two but it will break save games (adding new troop types to the middle of the list breaks saves) so just put this part in.
Should be save game compatible, tell me if it's not.

Phosphor v21 r5 TEST F  all-in-one base+patch F    "Alpha Perisno 0.8"
consider this an unfinished look at current development for Phosphor v21, which includes some (actually, all there is) unreleased content from Perisno 0.8
I could list a full page of known bugs and issues, but surprisingly, it actually can run.  A few hours with this and you'll have an idea of what exactly is finished
and what is still getting worked on.  Don't forget to look for the player handbook inside; it says "v20" but it is better than nothing.  This explains the Rigale portion of the mod, which is a blend of many sources, plus some of my own changes.  I do more than cut and paste...

  https://mega.nz/#!W5FmRaia!vLxfzfhH2OU-Y5tuPEPJMjLhgxU5ueMU1ptVVzDsv0c

I expect a not "alpha" ready for Thanksgiving; by Christmas this will no longer be a Perisno sub-mod project.
Showing a work in progress not only helps get community feedback but is a needed first step to having my own forum.

Phosphor v21 Test I
has some minor enough fixes over Test H but NOT SAVEGAME compatible
  main changes:
    1) Lords once exiled now have a better chance to return (perhaps for a different faction if the old one is eliminated)
    2) Magic is effectively weakened (in that, troops that had magic have weaker variants, less ammunition count, etc)
    3) Trademen are no longer offered for hire at guilds
    4) minor adjust at Karnoth tavern
    5) custom troops are no longer "heroes"
