Hello, I am here to request that my ban on the NA server be lifted. My username is Blindness (although that might not be significant) and my friends username is Chrono. My friend made a similar post about this incident (the post "PF NA server Banned from last night"), however I was unable to comment on it because it was locked. We were banned between the period of 1:00 to 1:15am EST on July 7th (this morning). I made this thread because I believe this to be a unfortunate misjustice on the part of the admins on at the time.
We were playing as bandits and decided to station ourselves on the hill westwards of the town (the tented area near the weapons shop) as a way to wind down our session while still having fun. We planned to stay there until we had used all 10 shots, and then we would go to bed. During the five-minute period that we were there, we fired upon the town (not just the tent area but also further off areas to scare people because of the bullet sounds). In total, I caused one casualty (including a horse (not his), while my friend missed all his shots. By the time that I had used about 6 shots, I was kicked from the server. I thereafter went to bed and did not attempt to play PF until an hour ago, when I was surprised I was permabanned.
Here are a few reasons why I think that the permaban was excessive:
-I have never been a nuisance in the server before, and save for this time have not been kicked for any offenses.
-I played as a bandit according to the rules, (and though you can now KOS bandits/ bandits can KOS) and did not KOS people, because the old rules prohibited it.
-I was not given a warning by the admins, and if I indeed was given one I did not notice it in time. The admin could have appeared in front of us and then given us a warning, for example.
-Our shooting was not particularly malicious, and as bandits (low crossbow skill) with old muskets we had terrible accuracy that (I was surprised I had hit someone in the town because of the accuracy).
-I am repentant, and realize that even though we were having fun it probably detracted from other player's experiences (particularly the person I killed and that poor horse in the water). Also in reference to my second reason I indeed performed KOS on this occasion and I am very apologetic for doing so.
-I have images that help to solidify my testimony of the incident (see below).
Is there any other information I need to offer in order for the admins to abrogate my ban on the server, like my IP or similar technicalities? Like I have said before, I have never been banned before, so I am not aware of the finer steps needed to have it repealed. Thank you for reading my plea!

The first of these images is to show that we are there to have fun, and the second is to show that we conduct robberies in a rule-oriented manner.
