Need More Info Persuasion UI when trying to talk to NPC's

This bug prevents me from leaving the dialogue screen, forcing me to return to the main menu.

How To Reproduce: It happened after I had quit to the main menu during a persuasion attempt that was going to fail, so that I could try again. It now happens every time I try to talk to an NPC even after I load my saved game before I engaged in that specific persuasion attempt.

A way to get around this bug right now is to restart the game entirely.
