Resolved persuading lords to join kingdom dialog is reset to show last dialog success part after reload, even though it failed

Summary: after you reload a game, even tough you failed to persuade a lord to join your kingdom in the saved game, after reloading the game, the dialog is re-continued at the last success part of the dialog
How to Reproduce: try to persuade a lord to join your kingdom, have 1 or more success part and then fail. save and reload the game - retry to talk to the lord, expected behavior: he should tell you "you already tried to persuade me". actual result: the persuasion to join the kingdom is renewed at the last successful part.

You know you can make your own clans through companions.

This feature can now be removed from the game.
I atleast will never again try to persuade a lord.
