Persuade the enemy to surrender when their numbers are too low compared to yours

Is it possible to add? I mean come on, for example you have around 200 troops against 19 bandits, they still think that they have a chance even though they really don't.

I just find it a good addition because for me it really is somewhat a waste of time to fight just 19 troops!

Or they can all run away in different directions.

This would make it alot easier taking prisoners

I have always thought the option involving the statement of surrender should be calculated to whether or not they would actually fight or give up.

Its a shame it is just words without any backing. None the less, there are ways of getting prisoners (An army of 90 manhunters for instance)
