What difference is there from this script and Persistent World Save System?

This scripts only deliver very simple features. Nothing special.

The Persistent World Save System (PWSS) is more powerful, offers a lot of more features (just look at this feature list and at PWSS feature list).
PWSS keeps getting developed and people who rent it get updates for free & frequently.

It also has a HCRP option, several settings, IG-commands, anti-hack/glitch solutions etc.

Sorry, I don't understand this question.

PWSS gets placed on the server and needs to be started with WSE in order to work.
It doesn't need apache/database (except you want the admin panel).

PPW gets placed aswell. The backend is hosted by me for free.
Needs WSE aswell in order IP banning to get work.
PPW's admin panel is free and hosted by me aswell.
So PPW is the most easiest method for server hosters.

PWSS is for hosters who want more and dedicated development.
