Information:
My friend and I have successfully brought to life a Persistent Frontier North American Server! We love Persistent Frontier so we decided to bring it but along with our Persistent Worlds Server! We are experienced server owners and have a great administration team! We also have a TeamSpeak so players can talk and communicate along with each other. Note: Due to not having the source code for PF we were unable to get our bank scripts working, therefore until we get the source code we will rely on active BANKMINS which will have a spread sheet of all your current currency. This is just the simply start of the revival of such a great mod for Mount&Blade Warband. We hope we see an active NA community so we can grow large together!  :iamamoron:

[size=24pt]SERVER RULES​

I. No OOC Discrimination, Impersonation, Insulting, or Harassment
►This includes discrimination based on gender, race, religion, language, ethnicity, nationality, sexuality, age, or convictions.
►Discriminatory use of racial/ethnic/etc. slurs or pejoratives will be harshly punished.
►Impersonation of another player is strictly forbidden and will result in a ban.
►Harassment of players will be punished depending on the severity and frequency of the insults, threats, trolling, or otherwise offensive behaviors
►Sexual harassment will result in a four week ban. No exceptions. This includes forced erotic roleplay (ERP).
►Insulting fellow players will result in a ban. Play nice.
►Harsh language in global chat will get you banned, so keep your tongue still.


II. No abuse of glitches
►Using glitches in map, game, or mod design are forbidden and will result in punishment.
►Autoblockers will be banned permanently without appeal
►Cart glitching is prohibited in any way, shape, or form. You may NARROW gaps, but it must be accessible by twos. (two people must be able to walk through at once)



III. Names
►Faction names must be reasonable and within a sense of roleplay. No long names, or insults to other factions. A good faction name example would be:
"House Jendryng A:// House Ivarr"
►Names must not be in violation of our language or discriminatory rules listed above.


IV. Combat Logging
►Disconnecting from the server, regardless of reason, whilst engaged in a hostile situation is considered combat logging and will be punished accordingly.
►Logging whilst under investigation of administration is also considered heinous, resulting in punishment.


V. Threatening Behavior
The following actions can be seen as threatening, and players may kill you for partaking in them. Attacking players for any other reason without justified reasoning is considered "randoming" and will result in punishment.
►Repeated horse bumping (2 or more clearly on purpose bumbs)
►Brandishing or drawing a weapon for more than five seconds while in conversation with another player
►This does not include tools such as mining picks, woodcutters axes, et cetera.
►Readying a swing, aiming with a crossbow, or pulling back a bowstring
►Repeated punching or kicking (2 or more clearly on purpose punches or kicks)
►Robbing and stealing from other players
►It should be noted that "Halt" is not a hostile action, and you may not kill a player for saying it.
►Players that witness your robbery or theft may also attack you. (Must be within local chat distance)
►Threatening other players
►Not responding to threats after ten seconds
NOTE: "Halt" is not a threat. If someone does not halt, you cannot kill them unless a threat is made and ignored.


VI. No Revenge Rule
►Taking revenge on a player who killed you is prohibited for 15 minutes. It is recommended that you roleplay wounds during this period as a way to prevent your character from taking revenge.


VII. Metagaming
►You cannot use information you obtained out of character whilst playing in-character.
►For example, if you learn that your character is going to be assassinated, they cannot act upon the information unless they find out through in-character means.
►Use of global chat and faction chat to metagame is prohibited.
►You cannot use faction chat or global chat to summon other players to help you.


VIII. Character Kills
►Character kills, often abbreviated CK, must be voluntary and/or admin approved.
►If a player chooses to make a character bio on the forum, he has the chance to get killed.
►If a player does not have a bio his character can not forcefully be killed


IX. Robbery and Theft
►All players must follow the halt rules (XIV) in order to rob. Stealing does not require halting.
►Robbers may not kill a player if the player does not have the money, he instead can take what gold is remaining in the money pouch (To show money pouch hit Shift + F12, then hold C and "reveal money pouch to target")
►Any player can rob any other player. Each type of player has limitations which are listed in the 3 subcategories below:

A. Commoners:
►Commoners are allowed to rob up to 500 denar from any player.
►Commoners may steal horses (without carts connected) without warning
►Commoners may not rob any armor more advanced then leather armors
►Commoners may not rob any two handed weapons or polearms
►Commoners may not rob/steal carts

B. Faction Members:
►Faction members are allowed to rob up to 1500 denar from any player, including other members of the same faction
►Faction members may steal or rob horses (with or without carts connected) without warning
►Faction members may rob any armor or weapon

C. Outlaws:
►Outlaws are allowed to rob up to 10,000 denar from any player
►Outlaws may rob any weapon or armor they please
►Outlaws may be killed on sight but not within city limits. Example: Praven, Iron Abbey, ETC
►Outlaws may steal or rob horses (with or without carts connected) without warning

NOTE: You cannot rob a player for more than they own.
►For example, if you request a player give you 3000 denars, yet they only have 1300, you must adjust your demands. You cannot kill them for failure to meet your initial request.



X. Taxes and Tolls
►A maximum tax of 2000 denars may be instituted by factions.
►Tax may only be instituted on faction owned territory
►It should be noted that refusal to pay a tax is not sufficient reason to kill a player. It is, however, sufficient reason for imprisonment.
►A maximum toll of 500 denars may be instituted.
►Tolls may be instituted anywhere outside other faction castles.
►If a player cannot afford a toll, they may be denied passage, but not killed. If they try to bypass the toll, they may be killed or imprisoned.


XI. Bounties and Assassinations
►Bounties can be placed by faction leaders, who must state the target, reason, and reward amount in admin chat (backspace) and global
►Bounties can be posted in global chat with the prefix, *BOUNTY*
►Assassinations can be organized by anyone, but the contractor must state the target, reason, and the names of the assassins in admin chat (backspace) for the administrator to approve.


XII. War, Raids, and Rebellions
►In order for a war that will result in land being taken to be declared, a valid reason must be declared in global 3 seperate times.
►The wars will end after either the targeted land has been captured and the lord of the defending faction dies or when the lord of the attacking faction is killed.
►Wars must be declared with at least 75% of all forces and all banners in the declaring factions territory or at the mercenary posts.
►No involved party may declare war again for 15 minutes after the war is over.


Reasons
►Land: The declaring faction must not have a castle and declare the war from the mercenary encampment.
►Land Reclamation: The declaring faction can declare this war to reclaim land that had previously belonged to them.
►Taxing or tolling on the declaring factions land
►Vengeance for past transgressions
►Imprisonment of faction members
►Alliance: both parties must have the tag "A:// Ally Faction Name" at the end of faction name for at least 15 minutes. This reason need only be declared once in global

If you are not sure if your reason is valid, feel free to ask an administrator..

►Skirmishes are to be declared when a roleplayed fight breaks out between two factions. Peace must be called immediately after the fighting has finished.
►Raids must be approved by an administrator in-game using admin chat (backspace).
►Raids will last five minutes and will be announced by an administrator when they have begun.
►During a raid, any armored player of the defending faction may be killed and looted.
►Commoner rebellion requests must be submitted in admin chat by the rebellion leader and include the target faction a reason for the rebellion. An admin must approve the rebellion.
►The rebellion ends when either the rebellion leader or the faction leader die. If the faction leader dies, they must be replaced by the rebellion leader or their preferred claimant.
►Once a rebel has died, they cannot re-enter combat.
►Reasons for rebellion include:
►Oppression: Prolonged mistreatment of the commoners, such as heavy taxation or laws that prevent practice of beliefs.
►Vengeance for past transgressions against the commoners.
►False imprisonment of commoners.
►Please note that if a faction wishes to assist the commoners in their rebellion, they must state, "Helping with rebellion," in admin chat and may not capture the castle. Faction members who are assisting in the rebellion cannot re-enter combat after death.


XIII. Erotic Roleplay is Prohibited
►Engaging in Erotic Roleplay (ERP) will result first in a warning, and then a ban until appeal. If you wish to practice ERP, do so in a private Steam conversation.
►For the purpose of this rule, ERP will be defined as anything more than roleplayed kissing.
Please note that the administrators of Celestial HCRP reserve the right to intervene in any situation where it might be necessary and punish players accordingly.


XIV. Halts
►It should be noted that "Halt" is not a hostile action, and you may not kill a player for saying it.
►Players must say halt at least 3 times and include the player name at least once. 5 seconds after this happens, you may kill the player you are trying to halt. (The player being halted MAY NOT attack the halter until he/she engages)

Just PM me if your interested, all I ask for is credits, something perhaps EU couldn't manage.
 
To Aleksander & Protato: no one care about your little fights, so cut it and bring it to PM or wherever you like but don't put your rubbishs on a legit topic.

That said, good luck Arieweth, hope you'll be able to have some people, we had a lot of NA players on EU who wished for a server closer to them.
