Can't talk for Maestro, The mod actually have some WIP work i think.  They had a playable version but still has some fix to do.
At the moment it's not exactly public since there is no working  link.

About certificated hosts, Wolfpack Gaming Community is going to host its owns servers for the hole south american community, that includes people from Uruguay, Chile, Argentina and Brasil.
And People asked for a PW server hosted in SA (SouthAmerica), Could we host a Persistent Age server?
What do I need to be certificated?

I think if the mod is dead you should have the Links working and let anyone host a server, so it's gonna be played for people who are intrested on in or maybe on communty events

Nexus would have hosted a server on your mod if you didnt had private servers for your mod.

But now we are no longer interested.

We are currently looking for donations to get this mod alive again. We have a goal of 250 €, and we currently have 60€. All donations will go towards running the server, maintaing the website, and  automatic bank scripts. Any type of donation is greatly appreciated; even 10 euros will greatly help the cause. Donators will be given a special rank on our server, will be given a couple extra thousand gold as a gift in game, and also will be thanked personally by one of our head admins because without your donations they wouldn’t be admining.
