Perma Death-idea (all i need is a bit of help)

Ok so i was thinking to make a perma death minimod and i need some help... i need to know how could i script that after you are killed in battle (if your not a hero) after lets say 3-5 seconds on the campaign map there is a screen (menu) of lets say a dead soldier and then there is a choice to go back to main menu or see the fallen hero's stats?

You mean like having the old permanent death and add a choice if you want to spawn back in time or die and see the characters final stats?


If so..  I don't know how to do it
