Resolved Perks bugged

Bug Description: Extra throwing ammo perks are not working for me. I have choosen the one that should give extra when starting on mount and starting on foot, no extra is given. I have choosen the one that should give one extra per pack and no extra is given. All perks are showing as active. Also the Skirmish perk that should increase party size is not working.
How To Reproduce The Bug: Allocate perks and they still dont work.
How Often The Bug Occurs: 100% of the time. On both my save files.

Hello, sorry for the late reply. Some of the perks will be implemented to the game after their design is finalized.
