Resolved Perks - Bandits recruitment and Discipline

Hey Guys. I think it is best for me to create a thread about bandit related perks. Most of my perks seems not to be working. Specifically the rogue perk 275 for recruitment of bandits and discipline from the leadership tree. Ie I have bandit but it says I cannot convert them to battanian fian because I don't have the discipline perk while I do. Ie despite the fact that the petty man perk says that I may now recruit bandit instead of fight them it does not work. I have a party of 150 and even 5 forest bandit won't surrender and there are no side options to recruit them despite me having the perk. Am I doing something wrong?
