Perk bugged/Not working - Governor

So i found some issue with perk, that doesn't applie the " Perk bonus " in tooltip or in party/battle

Athletics
Extra arrow, Extra throwing weapon, doesn't add any arrow/weapon

Riding :

CrossBow Expert : No reloading crossbow on horseback
Squires on't add any +party size

Throwing :
Fully Armed, Skirmisher, Battle Ready, doesn't add any arrow/weapon and also don't add any +/party size.

Tactics :
One step ahead doesnt work, didnt get the menu for placing troops

Steward
Supreme autority : No more influence added, perk doesnt count in "influence expect change " ( i create my own kingdom )

Agriculture : seems not working, no perk " agriculture " in tooltip of the settlement

Norious Settlement : while waiting in settlement nothing more happend, no perk added in tooltips of settlement.

Bannerlord : No more troops added ( 3 vassal )

Prosperious Reign : village still stay at 1 hearth

Sword as tribute : No more troops added ( 2 fief )
Man-at-Arms : No more troops added, ( 2 fief )

Governor

Doesnt Applie the bonus from " Tax Collector " and some other bonus like taged " Governor ", but applie the bonus of " Engineering "

Crossbow Cavalry doesn't work either, can't reload crossbows on horseback

I encountered similar problem to Tax Collector with Reduced Wage perk from Two Handed skill tree.
