Resolved Perk "Bow Controller" not working.

Summary: Perk "Bow Controller" increases 5% damage according to the description. But this effect doesn't show up in Order of Battle menu.

The perk effects for this perk are applied however it's not being shown on the order of battle screen due to a minor bug. We're resolving similar perk related issues.
