I'm nearing the end of the Aegis questline, just talked to the myth seeker and he told me to go to Wahran so that the Red Immortal Scouts could spawn, but nothing is spawning. Is there a workaround for this?

Did you go right away, as soon as you're asked to go by the quest? Reload and jump there right away as soon as the quest says it. Maybe?

Yeah, one of my playthrough is being a Bakhal vassal... We lost the castle and barely held the city from the Reich armies. I agree that their elite units lack a lot. There was a post by Leonion about bringing in full plate armor (from Warsword) for Giants, that would fit really well for elite/household troops.

Yeah that would really be cool. Those heavy plate armors require a different model from grim age/warsword. The savage outfits implemented in this mod are for a certain model in Grim age, while the heavy plate armors are for a different model in Grim age.  So the best way to implement it is to have them be a special troop, of course a household troop or something.
 
Oh what happened to the face enhancements? I mean the item where it allows you to have armor value on your face, without wearing an actual helmet for cosmetic purposes.

It's not the biggest deal in the world, but it was there and I'm wondering what the reason was for its removal.

Removed? I'm in the game with the latest patch, and I can still buy them in stores, loot them and use them as usual ?
Though, I started the save game before the patches, and then install patches.
 
Village raiding is bugged. When you raid a village, raiding is starting, the game pause like you would abandon raiding. You need to click on village and click "yes" when asked "Do you want to continue raiding?".

Also it generates a lot of errors.

Another serious bug: Kings do not give anyone village as a fief after conquering enemy castle, so the village belongs to no one. Or saying it simpler: there is voting for castle/town between lords like in vanilla, but never for villages.

Less serious bug: there is bug related to texture for Elintor Knight Helmt (that golden one with black material over the face). It works fine for men but not for elven female (for humans works fine). Why? Because you can see elven female chin going through the black material mask.

I haven't seen any of the generated errors, but I can confirm this happens to me as well.
 
Love this mod in more way's than can be said.  I use my arrow keys to move around the world as I am a left'y.  The keys are used for the treasury in the court.  Please direct me to the file that I need to go to in the mod folder in order to change/eliminate the arrow keys being used as I do have a keypad and can certainly use those key's for that feature.

Turn 79, 80 and 81 (or 200, 208 and 205) into 22, 36 and 37 respectively.

Jeez, so many things to consider when simply choosing hotkeys.  :smile:

The drachens have 22 nobles and are unstopable, i am trying to take a town that originaly have been owned by maccavia, but there was 1100 troops and now 900, i am taking down the deffences 50 for every attack and trying to weaken the town but there is no way every time i lower it to 860 with my 180 troops, 1 ingame day after comming back from my base castle which is 1 day travel its 920 again so its seems impossible to take the **** down.
This mod is actually harder than prophesy of pendor and i am officially telling this without trolling, its just very artificial even in pendor the towns are not filled with 335 elite archers and 400 elite infantry (Just very unrealistic, did you ever see 1000 garrison guards patrolling a town in the middle age), light and darkness madness after the dark inquisition take the whole map.
My faction tolrania negates a war, i have been looting the entire drachen for 3 months and they didnt respond to 3 casus belli, my king farts on my face every time i try to convince him to go war vs drachen with 4 persuation, other factions are crap even zan is crying in a corner because drachen are fat enough to overcome them.

I am about to cheat and take the whole map to later uninstall this mod, but is there another way to take that town? Its on my plans, i have been planning my moves carrefully. Is there an exploit i can take advantage of?
 
Which city? Galwe and Forde was particularly hard for me to take due to the terrain.
How big is your army? And you are not supposed to be able to take a city with your army alone, that's unrealistic, unless you are at end-game with elite units or at a lower difficulty.

If you are looking for easier way, you can either :
  • lower the difficulty
  • get Elintoran Archers to shave the number of units on the wall
  • get the hired sharpshooters / hired foot knights and equip them with OP armors
  • if you can't beat them, join them?
 
Nvm i managed to rekt the city in 2 or 3 weeks of hard sieges, well actually my army is full elite and i am on endgame. It was realistic because i sieged for weaks and weakened the forces with patience, rushing is not my playstyle as dark souls is one of my favorite tittles, a strategic general can wipe out a big army in weeks by assaulting the walls and retreating only to have the town become poorer and the soldiers hungry.
One funny thing happened after i had 250 enemies left and was recruiting for the last assault, i forgot about day 500 custom zan invasion and just after prepairing myself the zan invaded and the first town they targeted was the weak one i almost got, this was horse****, i am playing in ironman mode so i saw they got my city i was hardly sieging with blood and tears, they garrisoned 600 more elites so i said ****K IT and ALT F4ed, this just was a neccesary save scumming because it sucks, i consider this totally legal when this kind of bull**** happens.
After entering the game again i put zan invasion to day 550, just ***'em  :mad:
 
I honestly don't know what you expected with that siege strategy. Is the AI just supposed to sit there helplessly while you carry out your plans? Instead of blaming the mod, maybe you ought to revisit your tactics and try something that actually works.
 
About the huge towns. It is only natural that without proper strategy your troops will get annihilated.
A good strategy which worked good for all 6 cities which I conquered so far: Get a lot of archers, let them snipe ~100 of the enemys, retreat and repeat.
I play on normal, 3/4 (allies), good, good, fastest and it works pretty good. I usually go witha lot of Kara Mergens, Falcon units and a few random rangers (Elintor, Drachen, Hired, etc.).

I usually only lose 3-4 archers per turn.

Knights of Steel are ideal for this tactic, since they can handle themselves even if the enemy sallies out
 
I like my tactics and they work, i usually cheese a lot because i deserve some cheese with the hard difficulty settings i am playing, cheese for everyone  :mrgreen: :party:

Yosu OP, u just explained the whole tactic i used to take that town down, well i use it in native, in vc and pendor, all the mods from 2014 when i first started playing.
I just took 100 redwood rangers (Impossible to overpower them to the next tier due to level req), and 100 drachen archers because of the strong bows and armour they have, maybe a little slower but they seems boosted TBH.

11 surgery, 9 wound treat. 200 VS 1000, took me 3 weeks IG actually, cheese again, 30-40 elites per assault, 2 or 3 deaths, going to my base castle in less than one day and recovering from loses, i left them without elites and i saw they started recruiting but actually it wasnt a problem because the new garrison that the town lord put was crapp troops, that how i managed to take the town by myself, was fun really fun and its what matters an objective in warband is important, well i had to save scum 1 time because of zan kidding on me but it was worth it i fully deserved it :lol:.
I dont like marshalling the entire army into the towns, feels boring at the endgame and ez. I rather let another marshall do the war stuff while i am drinking wine in my town with my wife or going full lord of rings with only my companions vs 50 bandits :grin:
