thx,but i have a new question ;d

With hotfix I need 20 relationships with the guildmaster to build an enterprise, is it a bug? Without hotfix you need 1 relation

Oh, this reminds me - is it possible to court and marry a female NPC as a female character?
Not talking about Princesses Brigit or Lithrandil, I mean the regular ladies.

Because I have a tale to tell!
In one of my playthroughs I joined Hakkon Empire as a vassal, intending to help them become a world power, instead of getting destroyed. And after marrying Hakkon Herminius (female character), I could suddenly court his sister!
I hope this is intended and I can make a harem.
If not, can this please be a feature for the next update?
Wait! What? Really? (leaves Reich des Drachen and joins Hakkon) Prepare them ladies cause I'm here to start my dream harem. :fruity:

As a female character, I was able to court RotF daughters Lady Esther and Lady Eirendra and eventually married one of them.  My error was marrying Lady Esther, daughter of Eorl Diendarion.  I must have been tired or drunk when I popped the question, because I soon realized thereafter that not having a mother-in-law to ease faction relations kind of sucked.  Not really what I expected.

Of course, standard bug disclaimer abides ... I'm not really sure I enjoy being called "my husband".  Also, since no one asked, I have the default setting for misogynist behavior enabled.

I wish they would replace ALL references to "My husband" and "My wife" with "my spouse" or "my love".

And I want to marry Aracanus as a male character, but it is not possible  At least not yet, a man can dream.

We need to ask TW devs to be sure whether it's a bug or a feature.
I'd say it is a feature.  As long as the feast is running, the games continue.

There are two ways of getting to the next tournament.  (1) Wait a set amount of time. (2) Ride far enough so that you cannot scout the garrison, then ride back.

I think the fact that they went to the trouble of coding it that way proves it's a feature.  While it would make sense that a knightly tournament like in the High middle ages would be a one time event... or at least, each event would run once, in Antiquity and the Dark ages, some rulers had a constant stream of mock combat going on.

I find the party size increase based on renown to be very low - about 1 troop per 40 renown.

On day 199, I have a party size of 143 (29 from renown of 1193) at level 27 CHA 17 Leadership 5 and I am married to elven princess and just a vassal of Elintor.

Castles and towns are defended by 800 - 2000 troops. Very difficult to start a kingdom solo as I have no fiefs and have not even been made marshal yet. Elintor only holds Ferniron as they lost Elsinore before I became vassal and the rest to the Zann invasion.

I managed to keep them from being wiped out completely, but with this party size I can't do much against the Zann 300+ parties.

On another note, I have archery skill 300+, damage nerf disabled in camp menu and still can't kill most troops with less than 3 shots with PD 8 and Skywood bow +6 arrows.
This means that in most battles I can hardly kill anything with a bow as my troops get the kill after I shoot one arrow - so no exp for me.

It just seems too much of a grind to get to a point where I can make a difference in battle and my party is strong enough to carve out a kingdom and hang onto it.

It gets better.  On day 580, I have 11K renown, and without ever concerning myself with Charisma or Leadership, I can lead 560 men.

You most definitely should be able to handle them.  Work on your tactics.

At level 50, with Power Draw 15 and weapon proficiency 641, it's a whole different story...

Basically, you are expecting to be the most powerful creature around Perisno around day 200, which is fine Native and Gekokujo.  But Perisno has much higher level troops and much larger armies.  It also has a ****ton of freebies: stats, renown, cash, overpowered troops, etc.

Take your time, power will come.

As a King, I have 3 ministers. How do I hire a mercenary army? I don't see any options with any of them.

Also, I find it odd that my Elintor princess wife won't join my faction though I have 79 relation with her.

You find it weird that she does not want to betray her mother, and fragment her motherland by taking a major city and its villages away?  Ok, then.

well, it then begs the question: how to get her to join? Do I have to destroy her faction? One would think her first responsibility would be to her husband and king.
I am not at war with her mother and never was.

You could arrange to have her faction destroyed, if you do not wish to do it yourself.  With a bit of encouragement and a few key assists, the Zahn will probably do it for you. You can also just  arrange for her to lose her city, so that she grows resentful against her mother.  I did the latter for the dragon riding princess of the Drakken, and she is now one of my best vassals (I married Tanya, also from the Reich)

Our history is full of idiots who fragmented kingdoms, empires and Unions because of misguided affection for siblings, children and spouses.

Off the top of my head, the fall of the second Bulgarian Empire is directly due to an idiot splitting it up right before the Ottomans' invasion.

And as more recent example, a certain politician gifted Crimea (then Crimean Oblast) to Ukraine (then Ukrainian SSR)  Some people have claimed that he did it to please his Ukrainian wife.  I do not think it is that simple, but the fact is, it did not go well for anyone, did it?
