Stretchy limbs? I always had that problem when fighting those goddamn Elintor.

Glad to hear it wasn't just me!  Current save I've been enlisted with the Elintor and I've been seeing it quite a lot.  (Though the fact that I keep having to re-enlist after whoever I'm following suicides into the Geldar for the thousandth time is slightly more annoying)

Though I also noticed it in a couple spots in TheVMPShow's dwarven champion series with giant corpses.

Fought against Elintor a lot as a vassal of Geldar, then fought a lot alongside Elintoran lords after persuaded them to join my kingdom.
Only saw this bug a couple of times in their case.
As for giants - Berserker armor has this bug, not sure about others.

We don't know why this happens.
If you remember, tigers were bugged in 0.7 - they had the same visual artifacts, just much more pronounced. The reason for this was found and fixed (thanks to some tips by other modders), but the same procedure does not fix elven and giant armor, dunno why.

I know almost nothing about modding, but the fact that it's always the arms makes me wonder if it has to do with the weapons on those particular units, rather than the armor.  Is there something about those that makes them bounce or move in strange ways when dropped, dragging the unit's arm with it?

I just recently patched the mod and started having trouble recruiting prisoners. I'm not sure if I'm suppose to have a requirement but I keep repetitively recruiting them but with no success.

Thanks to KeVin and Lord-Latis, I can hear somebody coming.

Am I misreading this, or are those guys Zann invaders?
If so, sweet and terrifying at the same time!

Ps: It is the nice job from my country's amazing item makers(I can't get the picture atm so I assume some of these from my suggestion), I just introduced the original post to leonion, honor to original creators

No, this is Jin Empire troops.
Zann got one more heavy cavalry unit too though.

In general, apart from the dwarves (i still didn't start working on them, but hopefully everything will be fine) expect ~15-20 new troops in the upcoming version for different factions.
With emphasis on top-tier infantry.

Oh, the Jin! Neat!

They're supposed to be a second invasion force that arrives after the Zann to hunt them down right? If that's the case, you may or may not wish to buff the Zann, depending on whether they get easily flattened by the counterinvasion or not.

The Zann already have a bit of a rough time against multiple factions after their initial invasion waves get decimated. Your mileage may vary though.

Ooh, noble infantry for most factions finally?

I hope Perisno noble troops return to foot tanky Great Knights and mounted jacks of all trades Ranger Knights?
I miss great knight's former helmet, maybe it can be put back among the new helmet, for balance it can make most of great knights use poor helmet :fruity:
And I would like to have a new perisno pikeman troop line, the background picture of the start menu do showed some persino champion pikeman, right? :fruity:

No full-scale invasion.
Just some elite reinforcements the Jin Emperor sends to his nephew Shi Jin, i.e. he will have a unique party as a lord.
Plus new items and new troops will work with the merc guild as well.

Not noble (usually), just top-tier.

Great knights are already great. Do you not like them?
No, old troops, save for dwarves, will not be changed.

I guess I will fall in love with the new shi Jin :iamamoron:

Geldar will, as a more melee-focused faction among the two.
Elintor... unlikely.
Their princess will use noble maidens instead of Ankars rangers though.

Really hope for some badass Zweihander-wielding top tier Drachen infantry  :fruity:

Hello, fellow two-handed and polearm enthusiasts who always wanted to use their Zweihander in the saddle. Well, now you can!

So, I modified the item_kinds1.txt to allow the majority of two-handed weapons and polearms to be used on horseback (or wolfback), and added the missing swing/thrust animations to some of them. This also makes some of the shorter two-handers into bastard versions, usable one-handed. After all, Assassin Sword or one-handed Knight Claymore exist, so why shouldn't shorter weapons be one-handable?

Put the item_kinds1.txt into your Warband/Modules/Perisno 0.8 to install. Back up the original file, just in case. Savegame compatible.

Only compatible with the current (0.81) version, obviously. UPD: fixed some of the buggy/unchanged weapons
