Is there a way to install the native landscape in battles?
Whenever i fight on the new landscapes, i suffer large fps drops, however i never had this problem on the old landscapes (which are still there, in the winter regions).

Perisno uses DOMA_'s Cinematic Compilation, I believe. The Polished Landscapes OSP thingy-majingy. At least that's what the credits tell me.

Perisno has new landscapes?

Take any battle around the Elintor/Talor.. red faction, and most of hakkon territorry.
The place, where there is grass on the campaign map.
Then, fight a battle there, in any place, and compare the battlefield to that of native or other mods that still use native, such as PoP for example.
The landscape is different.
And this difference is causing me huge performance issues.

Ever tried to block Zann berserkers manually on 25 fps, when you normally have around 60? I like a challenge, but this

I just installed the patch but for some reason whenever in battle all my infantry and archers are on the other side of the map like next to the enemies but my cavalry are with me , idk why it does that, is it because of PBOB mod? My formations is:
Infantry: hold, forward 10, stand closer, shieldwall
Archers: hold, back 10, spread out, ranks
Cav: follow me, avoid melee.

My pathfinding skill has been raised to ten.
I only raised it to two myself, however, now it is ten (party skill:14).
When i open my character-level-up screen, the ten is written in a green number, the same way a number is written when you have a book that gives you a bonus for example.
None of my equipment gives or stuff in my inventory gives any bonus to this skill.
Is this normal?

Perisno 0.8 changelog in 40 bullet points:
[...]
Factions and soldiers
  • Your regular soldiers are no longer just muscles. Each faction has several soldiers that are good (skl>4) at one of the following skills: pathfinding, spotting, tracking, foraging, medical skills, leadership, trainer, engineering, prisoner management. The presence of a certain amount of such soldiers in your party will boost your own respective skills (up to the very limit, if you have many such soldiers), with the exception of leadership. Soldiers that are good leaders will boost your troops' morale instead.

Why am I writing all this...

Sorry- while reading these points, i must have skippedthis one, didn't expect it to be in this section.

However, doesn't this make many party skills somewhat obsolete?
All the points i put into pathfinding, are essentially for waste, unless i loose a lot of my men.

Another point about the foraging: I didn't buy any food the last 100 days.
The reason is, that the foraging bonus is so high, that even at max party size (109), my troops don't consume any of my food anymore, its basically only foraging.
Then again, constantly buying food was primarily annyoing for me, just thought i'd mention this.

And i can of course utilize the 15 power strike on my companions more often.

Party skills are still useful because they give you a guarantee.
If you invest in them personally or train your companions, you don't have to drag a bunch of expert soldiers of different qualifications behind you keeping them as far from the battle as possible and praying that they don't die.

In perisno 0.81 i want to change my kingdom culture to kaikoth for about 300k. But i cant change it since i cant afford it. But the real problem is i have abt 600k+ in my treasury. Is it bug or am i doing something wrong?

Thx in advance

AFAIR, it only works with money that you have in your pockets.
Just take it from the treasury. With the hotkeys it's not very time-consuming.

Started Perisno 0.81 last night. I've played through Pendor, Warsword Conquest, A Clash of Kings and Gekokujo and am pretty excited about Perisno.

In this playthrough I wanted to focus on building up a companion army, so I started the game, gave myself a bunch of gold and teleported to all the taverns to collect all the companions. I collected all but Hyk and Marcus. I double checked by going to all the taverns again and didn't find them.

Is there anything special I need to do find these guys? Are there any "hidden" cities in this mod that might have taverns they are hiding in? I didn't see anything special about getting them in the Perisno wiki.

Hyk is only available if you choose the unique character backstory on the cold islands to the north. Marcus should just be a normal companion that you can find in taverns, as far as I'm concerned.

109 men isn't much at all. Once you have your kingdom, you will want to (and be able to) march with armies of about 300-400 men. With these numbers, they will still consume lot of food, even with foraging. And it gives you less food in some kinds of terrain (e.g. snow).

I think I read that there sometimes can be too many npcs to fit in a tavern so some won't show up. Wait a few days and try again to find marcus.

Thanks guys. I did notice a lot of taverns seemed to be pretty full. I'll remake my character to get Hyk and see if I can't get all the other NPCs.

I also looked through the NPCs in the Wiki. Am I right to say that Hyk is the only companion that is only attainable with a specific backstory?

So what's the story behind Hakkon inquisition? Why are they hostile? And why isn't hostile the High inquisition?

Not sure if this is intended or bug but if intended, why can't I send Kengesh to spread a good word about me and get me a RTR?
