I would say the newer versions are definitely an upgrade overall, however the map changes are questionable at best. The strips of land connecting the Valahir & Aroulo with the rest of Perisno are abysmal.

Yeah, they look terrible. If disabling the boat map icons is essential for performance, I would do that, but keep the water crossings. It is easier to suspend disbelief with the army icons staying the same over water, than with those silly land ribbons.
 
I like the land ribbons, nice and occasionally challenging funnels.
I actually like them a lot, way better then having the sea and surely better then horses on water.
 
I had a tournament in Leuven and no one could hit Barombur, he seemed to lack a hit box as all weapons passed right through.
Anyone else experienced the same problem?

[Adjusted] Festivals now give a huge morale boost per night
[Adjusted] Town Universities have reduced their renown gains from 20 to 10
[Adjusted] When a lord is your prisoner, you can ask them to join your kingdom
[Adjusted] You can now accompany any party, as long as you are friendly with them
[Adjusted] Ingvar troops no longer become naked if they exceed the quality threshold
[Adjusted] You can now pull prisoners from your mercenary group’s party, and the Perisno Army
[Adjusted] Caravan price is now dynamic, instead of 3 fixed prices. Speed has been readjusted
[Adjusted] Ingvar no longer has bears, to be consistent with Aroulo’s gear being unavailable
[Adjusted] As the Monarch, you can now release fiefs from your ownership without giving it to a lord [Adjusted] Axe of the Forbidden Sea and Weeping Moon refreshes quicker. Hyk can also use the Axe of the Forbidden Sea

I have a question, I have made a few minor changes to troops and items with Morgh's (changed the stats and names of a few items, renamed and changed the equipment of a few troops) in the last version, will this hotfix still be compatible/ savegame compatible? Edit: My modfiied .txt files work fine, but I started a new game anyway bc Elintor and Drahara were out of control

Will this make the Strange Rapier unobtainable?
Yes, Hard Mode had some bugs related to the Training Grounds.

[Added] You can now speak to your Constable to sell an enemy lord located in one of your garrisons for quick cash. Speaking to your Minister will allow you to pay a ransom for any of your allied lords.

Some inconsistencies in the looks of some castles, cities, villages and other things. There are meny scenes where the outside look doesnt match the inside like the stone tavern or arena in the wooden city.

Tolranian Kingsman Helm and its versions behind its visier you can see a metal face in the place of eyes, its like robot would put a metal helm on its metal face.

Lisgal Village your spawn point is basically in the bush and some of it is in the air over the ground, some strange flat plants...

Lille throne room scene is made of stone while the whole city is wooden. Also there are Perisno Champions there. Also the city icon is stone but city itself is wooden.

Velinaz City icon is stone but the whole city is wooden. Also the throne room scene is stone and tavern scene is sandstone. Dungeon scene also doesnt seem to match over all rest of the city.

Farraige Castle and Anlux Castle are in the snowy region but both scenes are in the green region. Also there is a floating grass close to the tree in the Anlux Castle.

Dillac Castle icon is wooden where the castle itself is stone.

Dasselocht Castle has a wooden throne room scene while the whole castle is made out of stone. Also there are 2 chests that can be oppened by the player even if castle is not theirs.

Serin Castle icon is wooden but the whole castle is made of stone and also the throne room scene is wooden.

Desert Outpost throne room scene is made of sandstone but the whole interior of the castle including the "Palace" is wooden.

Omigan Castle icon is wooden but the whole castle is stone.

Hafen Castle icon is wooden but the whole castle is stone.

Alnar Castle icon is stone but the whole castle is wooden.

Hornogoth Keep the icon is wooden and the whole castle is stone.

Demaig Castle has wooden icon but the whole castle is of stone.

Valellon Castle both courtyard and throne room scenes are stone but the icon on the map is wooden.

Freelancer Outpost there is something wrong with the entrance where the ground is mirroring the sky or something.
