In one of 0.8 playthroughs i had almost 500 days long alliance (10 persuasion Fazl restored it every time after it degraded into defensive pact) with Falcons, with 100 relations + 100 relations with Gunnar and relatively far away territories. In the end only Bakhal and 2 superpowers left.For what concerns defensive allinaces

Yeah it seems like it is possible but needs WSE, which Perisno doesn't use nor will we use it in the future.
