Perhaps 2 buggs?

I think I found 2 bugs in the game realted to the singleplayer

1-I think some nobles doesn't have money or lose it all and then can't recruit enough troops making them unnable to rearmy and fight siege castles etc....

2- I was making a siege on ultra settings of 800 vs 130 defenders I've the max troop count at 1000 I was in about 40 to 50 fps when suddenly when I startted rising the ladder it went down to 6 permanently. I tryed it again when I raised the ladders again went to 8 fps again and now with medium graphics and 500 troops max

3rd time I edit this. I runned some tests and it's 100% confirmed happens with the ladder I checked my cpu temperature reached 80 grades and so I put fans max and try it again always below that and still right when I use the ladder I drop to 7 to 15 fps
