Resolved Performance issues (lag and slutter) during winter season

My game used to lag and slutter as hell. After patch 1.0.4 it (lag and slutter) was reduced but not eliminated. Now it becomes weird and sounds weird, whenever there is a winter season the game again lags and slutter like before. World map movement slutter, battles slutter in short everything slutters in winter.
Also after the patch of 1.0.4 my laptop is also heating up fast i am also using a cooling pad it is to note that before the patch there was no heating issue.

In game settings:-

Game Preset setting:-medium
Nothing changed in individual setting except Motion blur off (i dont like it and it makes game laggy)
V-sync off
Resolution 1920*1080 @60hz
Frame limiter set at 61
Audio channel set to low 128


Laptop specs are:-

Model:- Acer nitro 5 An515-42

Cpu:- Ryzen 2500u @2.0hz with integrated gpu vega 8 2gb

GPU:- Dedicated Rx 560x 4gb

Ram:- installed ram 8gb

Windows 10 single language latest build (last update was yesterday)

Dx12 supported

Amd Driver version:-20.2.2
Amd Drivers are 3 months outdated as latest drivers of AMD cause errors with my blizzard and origin agents.

Amd radeon software shows my average fps on bannerlord is 25 (why so low)

Hello, sorry for the late reply. We have fixed a considerable amount of the problems we have encountered so far and improved the game performance with the multiple patches we have released. Please make sure that your game, your drivers, and OS are up to date and the game has necessary permissions over your security software. Please let us know if the problem persists after completing these steps and verifying the integrity of the game files through Steam.

Oh no problem but the performance is fine for now except sieges where everything lags but i know you guys are fixing sieges and the pathfinding so for now all good except siege this post is kinda very oudated
