Resolved Performance issue with Soundblaster X7 and Dell TB16

Summary:
Hi, I've been experiencing really bad stuttering when using any combination of a Creative Labs Soundblaster X7 UBS soundcard and a Dell TB16 Thunderbolt dock

Issue is present on the world map, inside settlements and gets much worse during battles regardless of number of troops.

I've tried different settings and I'm not seeing any noticeable difference.

I can play the game just fine with medium to high settings with both of these devices unplugged.
How to Reproduce: Play the game with a Dell XPS 15 and a Soundblaster X7 or Dell TB16
