Performace problem on AMD E-350

Hi,
I was playing (six month ago) multiplayer on dx7 with no problems.
But now its hard to aim mouse isnt smooth I tried almost min. graphic settings (with my desktop resolition 1336x76.
I was trying different mouse and change mouse sensitivity but if it is slow its fine but its very very very slow, in other case it is imposible to aim small targets.

(FPS are from 15 to 25 on server with 80 players)
My pc is Edge E125
AMD Vision E-350 (2 cores on 1.6ghz with Radeon HD 6310)
4GB RAM
win7 64bit with last drivers.

The best solution would be to buy a better computer.

Your current processor doesn't even meet the minumum requirements, and your GPU is ancient.

Lol... HD 6xxx is one of the newest series but it doesnt matter anyway, HD 6310 sux

Well I advise you to re-install windows and it should fix the problem. This types of problems happen a lot, specially when the registry gets all screwed and overloaded. If that doesn't work, you need to improve your system, Warband demands a minimum 2.1Ghz processor and you are running on a 1.6, your graphic card isn't great but its enough to run it. Tbh I believe its time to buy a PC with a decent motherboard,CPU and GPU. We are talking about a laptop right?

thanx now I tried other games like skyrim and I have same problem. So you are probably right.

It's probably windows not working properly, when you run games on computers that have more then the recommended requirements you dont fell the difference, but in your case, running below minimum settings, makes all the difference.
Before re-installing the windows, try to clean the registry.

i know how you feel 

because it looks like you have exactly the same computer (mines a laptop) but i agree with all the previous comments, i've been told you can't upgrade a laptop by some but you can by others so i'm just saving up to buy a better desktop not laptop.

Normally on M&B Warband i can play in Directx 7 Medium without to much hassel but when i first got the laptop i could play maxed out settings.
