I don't think I will do Bianca because I bet it will take me days to find even a decent reference picture. I will however do Thalia, I just did Typhon, though I am not very pleased with it.

Do you mind posting some screenshots when you get back to working on the mod? No pressure, but I really want to get an idea of what this mod will be like. Great sig, anyway.
 
Really? I thought that was one of my worse ones. We will post screenies as soon as we get the chance, I won't be doing any work today though, it's my B-Day.
 
Just wanted to let you guys know you have another supporter^^ (Me!) I can't do much to show my support though... since I'm new here and I have no idea how to help in a mod. All I can do is help make a sig... -Hope I can post them here later-


Btw, not trying to say anything out of topic, but have anyone realised that the guy who acted in the movie as Percy actually kind of looks like Zack Efron? It's kinda funny  :lol:

Awesome sigs, thanks for supporting, and lastly, he does kinda look like Zac Effron, I never really thought about that. :lol:

The Annabeth sig is SOOOO much better than mine, and the Percy one is a nice re-scheme of the first sig. and for invisible, yes it would be easier, however none but one has given us permission, and they haven't shared any models yet.

If you're looking for a headcount on equipment, we currently have 19 weapons, 5 shields, 4 helms, 1 pegasus and 1 armor (the camp t-shirt) all of which would already be in-game had we the texturing.

I'm a terrible texturer at best, so if we have no other options I'll have to do this. It'll look pretty bad, though, which is not something we want (this is mainly what's holding back the beta from happening).

Anyway, I'm working on a couple of interesting stuff. My next update may be about coding, though (closed beta will include some powers for demigods).

Yes and I am amateur at texturing at best, It might be better if we actually got a texturer but until then texturing is going to hold us back, because both me and Mysterious can do modelling but my texturing is pretty bad and Mysterious hasn't tried it.

Wow, those are some really nice sigs! The Annabeth one especially looks better than what was made before (no offence intended to you, lancelor).
 
I know you guys are trying to keep the mod as close to the books as possible, but do you think you guys would be able to make a shield that is similar to the one Luke gave Percy in the movie? That shield looked so awesome =) Just an idea :smile:
 
Hmmmm, maybe. I would have to watch the movie again, but I have it on DVD so it's possible that we could include it, I don't think that we can do the slide out thing though.
 
:lol: No, probably not. Funny if it was possible though.

And just to save you the trouble, this is the shield. It's only the front of the shield though. Not sure if it will help.

It's a good idea, but if I remember correctly from the books, the shield was covered in a ton of tiny pictures, most of which weren't explained much.
 
Yes, I know, but they said what was on it vaguely including their adventures through the sea of monsters and stuff, I actually was thinking just the kind of design, and vague pictures on the shield, the picture themselves I wasn't worried about as much as like the strap being a watch and stuff.
