I witnessed at least 3 people greet themselves on WFAS. The first encounter for example was: (With Colonel Michal Wodyslowski) "We meet again Colonel Michal Wodyslowski. When we last met, you had me at your mercy and allowed me to go free. I look forward to repaying your favor." With a +5 relation bonus as well, quite convenient!
