peace time sucks! how do i start a war?

SP is reaaaaaaly boring when there arent any wars! How do you start a war in warbands?

Also, what is there to do during peace time? So far ive just been going to tourneys, trying to do quests (although all the broken ones are annoying) and visiting ladies.

I'm not sure there's a way to influence faction leaders to start a war right now.

Is there still the caravan quest to start the war?

I thought I heard something about contacting warmonger lords or something of the sort. Not sure, though. I do remember such a thing in EATRC for old M&B.

The quest to start a war with a certain faction is still there.  In my game, as a Nord lord, another lord wanted to start a war with the new Arab-like faction.  I said no due to the long distance travelling...

Honestly I had peace for about six months straight until I figured out I could go out and just start capturing Swadian places of interest as much as I wanted without repercussions from my own kingdom.  The Swadians, however, have a -75 opinion of me.

Feel free to do that, or just wait.  Sometimes your kingdom just will not go to war for whatever political reason.  From what I've been able to gather this happens due to all wanted and/or old territory being held.  In this case you'd simply have to wait until the faction that lost their territory declares war.
