PC Reboot, Kernel Power 41

I have a problem with hard reboot my pc, when i play in this game. After load OS i try to analize logs, and see "Kernel Power 41" as critical error.
I was do stress test for my PC. 30-50 minutes and all is OK. Nothing reboot. Another games have no this problem.
I checking temperature of cores, they are all about 50 degrees Celsius.
I check my hardware. But nothing problem, please help me. I played in M&B since 2004, alpha. I'm your fan!
May be problem in my xeon CPU? Becasue, i can't find another problem, from another players..=(

My PC:
CPU: Intel xeon 1660 v2, 6 cores, 12 threads
Memory: DDR3 32Gb
OS: Windows 10 Pro x64
GPU: MSI GeForce 1060 6Gb

Update: i noted, what game work correctly when on pause on global map. No reboots after 2 hours. I also noted, what game reboot my PC after Save game, or any changes with character or party. After fight scene i also have problem with reboot but not every time.

Hmm...my first thought was potentially overheating, but it looks like you've checked for that. Bummer to hear about this!

Yes, overhead it is the first what i checked. I follow the temperature indicators constantly during the game, they do not even reach 50% of the threshold.

I'm also set all graphic settings to LOW, and disable any graphic feature. Installed latest graphic drivers.

I've got the same issue. PC reboots without a blue screen while I'm playing, just turning off the power. And I've checked the overheating too: CPU is hot but in stress tests it's even hotter and doesn't cause any reboots.
So I noticed that the reboot is happening after random amount of time after walking inside a town/talking with NPCs in towns(taverns, keeps and arenas doesn't affect reboots though)/fighting sieges. I can play hours without any crashes without entering a town but the most annoying thing I can't continue my game because PC is constantly rebooting while I'm defending my only town.

Update: me and the person who started the tread are both Russians. So may be the roots of the problem are in our OS language

First try - 5 hours of play - no problem.
Second try 4 hours - reboot =(
