Your system should be well suited for large-scale battles.

GPU
I like the RX580 8, its architecture is revealing its potential in new games every day. Although the RX 580 8 used to lag behind, now it shows itself on an equal footing, and sometimes even better than the GTX 1060 6. The version with 8gb v-ram will especially appreciate. But specifically in this version of XFX, as far as I know, there are some drawbacks, namely increased noise and overheating. My advice to you is to watch rollers about downvolting these video cards. This will help reduce temperatures, extend the life of the video card, and you will also get rid of annoying noise.

CPU
I usually do not recommend taking the 1st and 2nd generation Ryzen processors higher than the R5 1600 or R5 2600. Since the difference between the R5 1700 - R5 1600 or R7 2700 - R7 2600 is almost imperceptible. But in the working tasks there is definitely a big increase. Below I left you some screenshots of game tests that are very demanding on the CPU.
Perhaps Bannerlord will be exactly the game that unleashes the potential of this processor, thanks to very large-scale battles. The story may repeat as with FX-6 and 8 series. At one time, these processors were not the most successful solution, but now in the era of multithreading and support for multi-core processors, they feel great.

RAM
I love this cheap memory, recently we collected a PC with my friend with it. He have samsung b-die chips, he is very happy. Try to overclock the memory to 3200-3400 mhz without raising the voltage.

SSD
I love ssd intel, they have good controllers, memory and firmware, but the volume of 128 GB will be small.

HDD
I used the HDD Seagete a couple of times and it seemed to me that they are quieter than Western Digital ? Again, the question is, why is such a small volume?

PSU
Budget power supply with mediocre stuffing. Perhaps he will work with you for ages, but I would be afraid for my computer.

Case
Strict body with a minimalist design. He has problems with thin iron and not the best airflow system.

M-board
I like your motherboard, it is just suitable for 8-core processors without overclocking! It has radiators and a good memory overclocking potential in combination with a good bios.

Thanks for a reaction .
Regarding Yours notices about particular parts:
GPU - Yes it is noisy, but I played only Warband and Paradoxgames already. However even playing Warband with maximum details and maximum scale of battles fans doesn't work all the time. Bought it because I thought that is a middle class card which will work well in future and wasn't too expensive
CPU - In my opinion 8 cores are always better than 6. We will see what Bannerlord brings . Maybe later I'll try to overclock it or change for third gen Ryzen.
RAM - Info about b-die is interesting because I was convinced that they are hynix. Overcloking them with this MBD could make some issue since they aren't on Gigabytes QVL for this MBD.
SSD and HDD - I was looking for cheap combination of speed and medium volume. I plan do buy additional SSD Sata drive. Both drive works with AMD StoreMi software so the speed is quite acceptable
PSU - looked for not too expensive, certificated over 500W and this was sensible choice
Case - Cheap, but during construction I damned my stinginess
MBD - nice RGB but visible only through vent

Pleasure! My advice is not to overclock the R7 processors on this board, the power supply may also be upset!)

When overclocking it I would try to enhance speed 5-10% or using appropriate cooling to get the same clock as 2700X has but it could be dangerous if the one cpu I have is liable for overclocking.

CPU
I usually do not recommend taking the 1st and 2nd generation Ryzen processors higher than the R5 1600 or R5 2600.
The R5 1600AF is worth looking at as a faster and more efficient alternative to a 1600 without going all the way to a 2600. It is a 12nm part like the 2600, but slower clocked and (in theory) slightly cheaper.

I agree - this is a very good solution!
