First off excuse my useless english, i am swedish and 13 years old. Second off my suggestion: I have owned M&B for about an year and a half (found it in an swedish game newspaper). already when my first character reached lv6 i wanted to buy a serial key. I asked my mom and she said that she dont have a credit card that can be used outside sweden and my dad said the same and cause im not 18 i dont have an own credit card so for all M&B-users outside US sake i say, make "pay by sms" an alternative when buying an serial key! the plan is easy, the buyer just sms an empty sms (that costs the same as the credit card alternative) to an number and in a few minutes he/she recieves an sms with an number - the serial key. Smart, fast and easy, so what say you

Hmmm... intersting. Of course first you'd have to make sure that it's going to be legal, and that there's some kind of assurance that the person will get there key.

I´ve seen that system being done in runescape though it only works in few countries..

i have seen this payment alternative on alot of sites so i think its legal, but i can be wrong too. An other alternative is to pay trough an telephone and gat a + 140 (i dont know how much it costs in US) on the telephone bill

It's not the legal issues so much as the cost. You'd be sending via international rates, and the carrier would probably take a hefty cut to cover their charges.

What's wrong with using Paypal? I'm fairly sure Sweden is one of the countries you can do direct bank transfers in.

Maybe that would not be a problem; just a matter of getting used to, but I would still more willingly use sms..

Easy system:

First, there will be a 'Check for Availability' function that sends a 'test message' to your phone.
Then, if you receive that SMS, just buy the key with Pay By SMS.

For PayPal, it requires you to use a credit card, or use bank accounts (in supported countries). He might not have any of them.

The legal stuff seems to be easy work, i found this site. It is very small and few people know of its existance but they have a pay by sms function when you buy "guldmedlemskap": www.arenan.com (its in swedish)
