Patch Notes v1.1.3

Question for the devs, so we can't marry our female player characters to rebels anymore? Some saves I have can't be loaded anymore and they have that in common that I had my character marry a rebel. I did this because its an easy and cheap way to marry someone to my character with decent stats and marriage is sometimes to expensive in time and money early game. It helped with making offspring early game.

Another question; is intended for raiding caravans to not have a relation penalty anymore? I have been doing it with no relation loss.
It seems that unaffiliated clans can be married to the player character because I tried it with two different characters and the dialogue option for marriage is there. I'm not sure about fresh rebel clans it seems that they don't have that dialogue option. I chose one of the clan's and successfully married my character to one of them.

lol they dont have a qa department what makes you think theyll have a pr department?

if they had the former they wouldnt even need the latter.
It's not patches that break the game, but your whining about your lousy mods for pink swords and other slag, because of your sobs, developers are postponing patches so that wonderful modders can wake up and polish their wonderful fakes for patches.

Trying hard to antagonize? Unfortunatly you missed the point of the conversation. But i´m glad to see someone standing up for the devs. Even when they have no need for that.

You're factually wrong.

Go check the thread with the release notes from 1.1.0 that has been in beta for two months and read about all that patch broke. Feel free to do the same with any other major patches that introduced new features. Or head over to the bugs report section.

So no, it's not my whining that breaks the game.

And i don't give a **** at this point how much they postpone patches. The game is out of early access. It is officially released. There shouldn't be a need for more crash fixes. So yes, try again.

Finally, using mods is my prerogative. It's not any of your business.

Frankly i find deluded fanboys like you quite amusing. Trying to get some sort of credit with the devs by attacking others who have legit complaints and defending a broken game that's been in beta for 12 years.

Really?, you played beta of this game 12 years ago? Fair to be critical, but its nice to have a grasp of reality too, don't you think?

His whining breaks the game??? Devs make patches slower so modders can update it???? Brother are you even listening to yourself. Devs update whenever the hell they want, there was never something stopping them at all, we had patches and hotfixes in a same week, not that I care or neither they should stop for modders but that absolutely never happened.
And nope, they're taking their time with this patch because who knows, it has always been like this, we've always had months of no interaction or activity, it's not a surprise. I hope next patch is big but who knows at this point

Enlighten me on the reality about the game then. We must have different copies.

So you played a BETA version of this game prior to March 2020 right? Like back in 2011? Like 1 year before the announcement trailer?
there was a beta before march 2020, yes. an alpha, too. Started roughly half way through 2019.

Guy above is a bit of a troll and not very precise in his wording, but the gist of what hes saying seems to be that the game has been in development for ~12 years and is still lackluster. And that I would agree with.

Yeah pretty much, the only reason the dude you quoted is saying "WHAT ARE YOU CLAIMING TO BE PLAYING FOR 12 YEARS???" is because he has no argument and has to make stupid remarks instead.

The notion that players whining is the reason the game is in its current state is so stupid. If that was the case, on the flipside, compliments should've made the game better? But it did not do so years ago.
BL was/is a poorly mismanaged endeavor, whether that's the lead designer, CEO, devs, QA, CM, etc...fault; the people that were employed to be involved in making the game are the sole cause of the patch delays/content.

Patches should break mods, as it implies that they did actually perform some work in the background; as sometimes it feels like they 'fix' a perk, only for it to still be broken in some other way.

@Duh_TaleWorlds Just finished my test for 1.1.3 to see if anything was fixed and it appears the same back to 1.1.0. Is this intended for shops costing 25k-30k? These are some of the best shops in the game at day 150 when the economy stabilizes

I got 2 workshops in Battania...

Dunglanys - Wine Press +530 (Prosperity 6357, idk if Marketplace have any effect, but it's level 3) no wine on market.

Marunath - Wine press +353 (Prosperity 4657, Marketplace level 2), no wine on market..

But prices not constant though, as 2 days after it was respective +274 and +438.

Imho, if a workshop cover the cost of investment in a year, and its all profit after that, it's still easy cash. Things like wood workers and blacksmiths have no real customers for their goods other than you, and market is flooded with weapons, shields etc that have no real customers.

what day are you on, but he looks 500+

The main quest got some 800 days left, so a fair bit... But had those two workshops for a long time, and they been profitable all the time. Not constant same numbers but been averaging aroiund 400. I captured the towns, and the castles around, so all villages around trade with my towns. Afaik bound villages to castles will trade with the closest town of their own faction. So guess your workshops can get affected somewhat by that.
