Patch Notes e1.2.0 & Beta e1.3.0

Beta 1.3 campaign is bugged very very badly.

Some bugs I have seen so far:
  • I see villagers just standing around doing nothing but also being duplicated.
  • I find wanderers in inns who are none existent in the encyclopedia and with whom you can't interact other then to greet them.
  • Caravan mission is stuck, cause the mission target caravan wont start the journey.
  • I see cities starving even though I think there wasn't any siege to it. (All 3 villages of this city constantly brought deliveries to the city.)
  • Southern Empire declared war on my puny little level 1 clan without any provocation.

Worse, 1.3 is the first patch that actually crashed the game for me (mutliple times) and it also corrupted my saves. :sad:
 
Another thing that never happend for me before. Factions declare war then one second later peace then again war and again one second later peace.
 
This version should be called ''developer's revenge'' for all those people moaning and calling them different (and very very bad) names on facebook, youtube and steam. Sometimes even here. Like me :grin::mrgreen:
 
Are you playing your old save from 1.2 or made a new one for 1.3? Cause from what i can gather so far (very little testing) i have no issues in my new save but the old save is unplayble in every battle
Both new and old save. Granted I am playing purely vanilla which I believe makes a difference. I see some people have 50+ mods installed in a beta game and wonder why its not stable.

That was exactly what happened to me as well. My saves are RIP , both auto and manual one and going back to 1.2 doesn't help either.
Propably the last time i join a beta , learned my lesson.

I did a couple of loads before they got corrupted though , think it happened when i last exited the game and got an error.

Will try a new game i guess...............................................................

Also , i am somehow not affected by fleeing enemies causing performance drops. Weird.
All i got is memory leaks after ~1 hour in-game ( even with 16g ram ), which eventually forces me to restart the game due to increasing stuttering , but that was the case on all previous versions as well. Guess i'll go back to older threads and retry to figure out a solution.
 
Why is the change to last perk in smithing not reflected in patch notes? You literally just killed a perk tree that took some 60 hours to complete normally. Incredible.

I started a new game on 1.3.0 and description is the same.

They changed the last perk from having 5% chance to craft a "Legendary" type weapon + 1 % per point after 300 points to a new perk that gives 30% faster siege weapon construction if you have that character as engineer................... makes no sense. if any that should be in the engineer tree never in smithing especially as the last perk.
 
Is beta 1.3 even playable? Can't seem to start the game, either old save from 1.2 nor can I create new campaign. It crashes during loading screen...

I even downloaden 10 files which the "verify integrity" said to reacquire.
 
Tried loading my save and got this error with patch 1.3.0.

WoW , that's nuts. I guess i don't see it because i run the community patch mod so it's still the same for me.
I wonder if that means they fixed any of all those perks not working. Will wait for feedback on this from someone so i can turn the mod off if that's the case.

What mod are you using. In my game its the same old.
