Hey guys real talk can you stop making undocumented multiplayer changes? Youve changed the menavlion twice in the last two patches, making it even more overpowered, and you've done unnecessary nerfs to the Sergeant (4 armor reduction), and oathsworn buff that wasn't really needed (43 from 40 armor). You still haven't addressed fixing the knight and removing the javelins and give them the Heavy Lance perk again, and you didn't mention the huge Berserker armor nerf (6 from 15). Not all of these changes are bad (some are. Stop ****ing nerfing Vlandia when the current OP faction is Sturgia!) but you need to TELL US what these changes are and nobody appreciates the undocumented changes.
I agree with undocumented (MP) changes being annoying. Just to add to the list, Empire Courser cost was changed from 130 to 140 and Lost games stat was removed from the lobby, without any mention in patchlogs.

We appreciate every move you make to improve the game, especially for Multiplayer, but please let us know what you change.

(This might already be the case but still) Please consider creating duplicate item entries for items that are used in MP as well as in SP so that changes necessary don't affect the other, I feel like this may have been the case with the item changes described above.

+1 vlandia is the most op faction atm though

Can you already give us information on how we will be able acces the server?
Or will it be an exclusive server for testing where only specific players can join such as Alpha or competetiv players?
a forum thread is planned for that?
 
Yeah, it's too hardcore. I'm fine with AI being challenging, but you get to a point where it's inhuman and at level 40 in that video it's approaching that level. That's not fun. What does the 'level 40' in the video correspond to now that AI effectiveness is tied to skill level?


I don't think that level 40 in the video is hardcore, 25%of multiplayer players play like that. But yes, it should for challenging AI difficulty option.
'That's not fun.' is subjective. For me its more fun than fighting brain dead easy AI. If anything it is not hard enough.

Did that, it'll be useless if I have to check every cost and every proficiency every time theres a hotfix just to make sure its accurate. Why isnt multiplayer changes posted?
 
Pregnancy should be an option I think; not random. There should be an option; let's say "How are you wife/husband name/// Let's spend some time together" or something like that and this option's result should be random (pregnancy or not pregnancy) after some time.

Tell me about it? I'm in trying to push the norsmen invaders out of our kingdom, fighting constantly, and that aserai b*tch already has 4 kids!!! With who if l'm in military campaign???!
On a serious note the only issue is that the kids are growing to slow.
 
And to add up to that, before discussing if the AI is challenging or not, please fix the running around exploit.
Currently the bots are completely incapable of turning around/tracking to face the player fast enough, and you can beat them easily, even if zero skills, both in game and as a player as long as you are aware of the exploit.
Takes any joy out of the tournaments and any 1vs1 instance.

Cost changes
Courser(Empire) cost increased from 130 to 140
Knight (Vlandia) cost increased from 180 to 190
Varyag(Sturgia) cost increased from 140 to 150
Druzinnik(Sturgia) cost increased from 170 to 180


Armor values
Sergeant(Vlandia) armor value reduced from 41 to 37 (46 with perk)
Oathsworn(Battania) armor value increased from 40 to 43
Mounted Warrior(Battania) armor value increased from 8 to 16(25 with perk)
Berserker(Sturgia) armor value reduced from 10 to 6(15 with perk)


Movement speed
Recruit(Empire) movement speed increased from 78 to 80
Brigand(Sturgia) movement speed increased from 75 to 79
Skirmisher(Aserai) movement speed increased from 78 to 80

There,fixed it for you. Dont know about the weapon stats I dont keep track of that, I guess I'll have to from now on.

And yet sturgian T3 spearmen have lower polearm skill than T2 warriors. TW, what are you doing, seriously? Is anyone even testing anything over there?
This types of posts need to stop.

they literally posted what they were doing over there, are consistently posting what they are doing over there, and kicking stuff out as it’s hashed out.

if they weren’t doing anything, I’d understand the complaints. But with 7700 things that need to get fixed adjusted and implemented, chill out that fixing Aserai and Sturgian numbers hasn’t made it on the list. For all you know, the unit trees are changing soon, so they have them adjusted an alpha build and it’s causing other issues.

again, they are doing plenty, so let’s end the damned drama

Agreed, is dumb that you can have childs while your wife is in the other side of the world, unless Taleworlds implies we're all cucks. IMO it should be an option and then the random chance should happen
 
Oi CALLUM, we need a Pinned thread mentioning every single unfinished feature, another thread mentioning which mechanics the devs want us to give feedback upon/test out, and we need both of those ASAP. Atm part of the game is unplayable, part is filled with place holders (which doesn't make sense give a feedback about), and those that are "partially finished" should come with a warning at which point they aren't.

Currently this EA feels too disorganized.

I think they're trying to cut back on any unnecessary typing and fix the game right now, this is why there are a lot of minor changes each patch that don't get put into the patch notes and the reason why they cut dev blogs out of their schedule right now. All it would do is bog down their progress on fixing the game by having to spend time typing up a list and editing it every patch as to what works and doesn't.

Maybe once the list is smaller that would be good, they have a lot of work to do though.

normally in a game development process there's a compilation of everything going on, tables, I mean, even excel files... It's not that hard to keep track, it would take some time for Callum to do it, but as far as I know he doesn't meddle with development, he's the community manager, so you're a bit mislead imo...

that may be but it would still take time to gather everybody into a meeting room and discuss and record all of the unfinished features in the game currently. It could be a 1 man job but that could take a week or more to get all the information together and accurate.

Is it possible for players to have a save on their character's appearance? Since i start a new game so frequently, I personally need this function.
