And the patches should be compatible with the save games. The game is in early access and this type of issues should be expected.

If the patches are compatible with the saves, then what is this message:
I suppose if you want to nitpick you would say that I phrased my initial statement in a way that it implies you are unable to play saved games if you patch your games. That is not what I meant, but don't you think it's bad enough that you are unable to play on the latest patch (and I never said "Unable to play the game". Please mind the difference.) unless you start a completely new game?
It's good that we are getting new releases almost daily. Mainly bugfixing for now, but that's not a problem. The one major downside is that you are unable to enjoy the fruits of that minor patch unless you throw away all the hours you played into the trash, and I do not know about you, but I'm not feeling like starting a new game every day, because that's not what the game is supposed to be about.
I cannot believe there is no way for the developers to make the game not treat the new patch as an entirely new module (unless some actual major changes were done that would mess things up by loading your old save).
And regarding your comment of what should be expected, I am not sure what you were pointing at. This is a problem that was present in Warband all the way from its release to the final patch, which means Bannerlord is either using the same modular system with the same exact drawbacks as Warband, or it is using the same engine, which would make me question what the years of development amounted to, especially considering most of the dialogs were reused from Warband, and also some textures were simply upscaled.
Nobody expects the game to be perfect, but that does not mean we are not allowed to point out things we are frustrated about. We have to voice our opinions, otherwise there is a chance these issues would be simply ignored.
